And we love the lever that you can push up when you have smaller bread items toasting, so you don't have to reach down into the toaster to get them.

Amazing Little Toaster

My husband and I love our new toaster. The toaster oven is now history. Besides working great, we really enjoy the red color.

Best toaster ever!

It also has features to warm if you didn't get it in time.  I would recommend this to anyone.  I our toaster was a name brand put didn't do what this one does

Kitchen Aid toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This I would say is the best toaster we have ever had.  Yes we did pay a higher price for this item, but it was well worth the extra cost.  It is very easy to clean.... both on the outside and emptying the lower tray that catches the crumbs.  It is a very solid unit and does a really great job toasting anything that you want to toast.  We also love the keep it warm feature that it has.  Would for sure recommend this unit to anyone looking for a good Toaster.

Controls on the front is a convenient feature. 
Like the "lift and see" and keep warm features.
For most types of toast you can only reasonably use either #2 or #3 settings, otherwise it will be too light or too dark. 
Slots could be slightly wider

Nice toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am recommending this toaster because of the great customer service I received when i called with my problem.  The toaster is beautiful to see on the counter.  Very nice design.  What happened with mine was that the toast would not be done unless put on the very last setting of "Dark".  I just wanted medium, but that was too light.  I used a variety of bread types as well.  Also, the toast came out toasted on one side but only a little on the other side as though it was on the "bagel" function.  I called to see what i could do and they very efficiently told me that they would send me a new toaster.  Can't wait to see how it works  I am hopeful and appreciate the customer service.

Beautiful looking toaster but had a little trouble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for the beauty of the product. It looks so classy on my kitchen counter. The only thing is that it doesn't toast my. Read dark enough even on the Dark setting. I use teontoaster times. Also the bread does not toast evenly. One side is toasted more than the other. I sent my first toaster back with that concern and was sent a brand new toaster. Same concern. I am keeping it because I like the reheat feature and the bagel setting. I don't mind setting my bread in for two toaster cycles but was disappointed that it required two cycles. And no, I do not have it on the bagel setting for my toast. Maybe I am unusual but I like my bread toasted nice and brown.

Pretty toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the cost, this toaster is horrible.  It has very inconsistent browning.  One side will be untoasted, slightly warm and the other side is browner, and it doesn't matter if you do one slice or two.  Both sides are equally bad.  Wish I had bought a cheaper more reliable toaster.
