I use this all the time!!!  I have had the smaller and cheaper choppers that didn't last!  This one works great and last has long -this is my second one and the only reason I'm getting another is during the holidays someone happened to throw away the blade while helping clean up!

When I can figure out how to get the lid on to where I can get it to work it works great, but the lid is tricky and I really have to play with it to get it on in place in order for it to work

I really like this KitchenAid 3.5 Cup Food Chopper.  I have another small KitchenAid chopper which I purchased several years ago. I rarely use it because it is difficult to use as it has 
NO Handle and the container is very, very hard to remove from the motor.  Anyway, I really love this KitchenAid 3.5 Cup Food Chopper" mainly because it has a Handle" and it's so much easier to operate then my old chopper. Thank You! so much Kitchenaid. Great! Great! Product!

Great Little Chopper!

This is the perfect size food processor for every day use. Its easy to use and easy to clean. I keep it on the counter top because I literally use it to chop everything from onions, tomatoes, fine chopping garlic, making salsa etc .I highly recommend it due to its size if you're looking for something not as big as a regular food processor

This is the third time I've purchased this! First one for my apartment 4 years ago, second for my daughter (who then bought one for a friend) and a third one for our vacation home. It's the perfect size, works great and fits in a cabinet so it doesn't clog up my counter.

Just right

This is my second KitchenAid food processor in nine years. My first one was accidentally broken, so replacing it with the exact same model was an easy decision. I've used other food processors, but they just don't compare - they feel flimsy and cheaply made. KitchenAid's quality, durability, and performance are the reasons I came back to this one, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Nine Years Later, Still My Top Choice

Pretty easy to assemble/disassemble.  The enclosed pamphlet was absolutely useless!  It only gave a bunch of safety warnings; no directions whatsoever!  After playing around with it, we FINALLY discovered that to make it actually run (after proper assembly) by pressing down on the top part of the handle!  There was NOTHING about that in the "instruction" book!   It does a great job of finely chopping nuts!

INSTRUCTIONS?  WHAT INSTRUCTIONS?

Whoever made this did a horrible job. It's difficult to use by putting the top on and taking it off…. it gets stuck everytime I try to chop something. After a couple minutes of wrestling with the top and I finally get it on, it works, then there's that dreaded feeling of taking the top off……

Hard to use…

I've had this for about a month, but I still haven't used it because I can't figure out how to make it work. I was excited to have a KitchenAid product, but I watched their How To video, and followed the method that it advised, but I can't get it to work. There is no written user's guide. Disappointed!

I spent at least 15 to 20 minutes trying to figure out how to use this. At first I thought I put the lid on wrong or didn't have something locked in place correctly. 
Apparently this model is well known for the bottom part of the lid being broken or missing a part of the tab that triggers the safety switch to turn on and that was the case was the processor that I bought. Very disappointed that this didn't work being it's from KitchenAid. I specifically bought this item because of the brand.
