Grind Consistency

Design

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Purchased this product about a month ago and I'm very happy with it. It's super easy to use and has an infinite amount of customization options to get the perfect grind and consistency for a great cup of coffee.

Awesome burr grinder

kitchenaid.com

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This grinder does it all! I make a variety of coffee beverages at home - using a drip machine, French press, and manual espresso machine regularly. I was looking for a precision grinder that could do everything, and this one nails it every time. It's very easy to dial-in the perfect grind for any situation, then program the preferences once I found the right balance. Almost zero static. And quiet enough that I don't need to wait until the kids wake up (or grind my beans in the garage, like I did with the old blade grinder).

Perfect for every type of coffee!

Best Coffee Grinder I have ever owned. You can dial in number of cups for the strength of your coffee to the grind size of the beans. It's quick and does NOT leave a mess on your counter. That was very important to me. If you are on fence, buy it.

It's a Winner

Kitchen Aid

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this a couple of months ago and I'm very happy with it. It grinds the exact amount of cups I need and is fairly quiet, so I can use it in the morning while others are asleep. It's also nice that it doesn't take up too much space on the countertop. I also love the blue digital display! It's fun to use.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought this for Christmas after our Cuisinart crapped out.
Happy I did, Works so much better, and way quieter.

Cafe grinder

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought this two months ago and this is the best coffee grinder we've had, very quiet and no static.

Excellent Grinder

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Great grinder. Easy to use and relatively quiet. I wish there was an on/off switch rather than plugging it and unplugging it.

Very Good Grinder

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Amazing grinder. Simple to use, yet infinite configuration options. Way quieter than our previous non Kitchen-Aid grinder. Very satisfied with our purchase, and recommend to all my friends.

Quiet and perfect.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received my new coffee grinder for a birthday gift and I absolutely love it! It's quiet compared to other coffee grinders but best of all, it doesn't make a mess. I use it several times a day. Wish I had gotten one sooner.

Best Coffee Grinder ever

It's not bad! I've had this grinder for a few months meow. This is an upgrade from my last coffee grinder. Only reason why I replace it is because I like to grind my coffee fresh in the morning and now I can without waking everyone up at 5am. Fairly consistent grinds too. Only gripe is I wish the settings were in oz instead of cups but that's just me. All in all, I think this is worth it. Just hope it lasts.

Just a quiet purr from the burr

Branded Team

I bought this grinder five months ago and was initially very happy with it—until it suddenly stopped working. Despite careful maintenance, a plastic tooth in the upper burr snapped, rendering it unusable. Although I registered the warranty and contacted KitchenAid, after an initial promise to send a replacement within 10 business days, I've been met with delays, out-of-stock excuses, and eventually no response.
For a premium-priced product, this is unacceptable. KitchenAid's poor workmanship and failure to honor their warranty have left me extremely disappointed. I now have to buy a new grinder—from a different brand—and will no longer trust or purchase KitchenAid appliances.

Quick Failure, No Warranty Help

KitchenAid® Burr Coffee Grinde front-facing view of the compact coffee grinder with removable clear bean hopper and grounds tray; stainless steel conical burrs, 70 precise grind settings, Automatic Smart Dosing Technology, anti-static feature, compact design fits under most kitchen cabinets, often used for small-batch spice grinding.
