This KitchenAid 4-piece steak knife set works wonders. They are super sharp and the ridges on the knives make the cuts so fast and easy. I like it that it can make thin cuts very nicely. The handle is very slick and thin so handle with care. I'm more used to the bulkier handles, but these just needs getting used to. I've used it to cut through 1 1/2 - 2 inches thick chuck steak, 2 inches chicken breast, and 2 inches pork shoulders and I'm always happy with the results I get each time. I'm happy that I was able to try these knives because these are going to be the only steak knives that I'll be using from now on.

These knives are strong, sharp, and professional quality. They have the perfect amount of weight and feel nice in your hand.  Easy to use and clean.  I would buy additional pieces from the line of the Classic Forged knives.

I have nothing bad to say about these knives. I love the fact that you can put them in the dishwasher. They are very sharp and do a great job cutting any type of meat.

These knives are so much better than the ones that came in the original set. I wish the company sold them in sets of 6 or 2. Now I have 4 new ones and two old ones.

Full tang, integrated bolster, thick spine.  Sharp German stainless steel.  Exceptionally well made knife well worth the few extra bucks.  So much better than the average Chinese product.

A cut above the ordinary steak knife.

Great weighty solid handle feels powerful in my grip.  Love that these are dishwasher safe too.  Should be great at cutting too, they are sharp.  Super price too! KitchenAid got another product right!

If you look on any other website with reviews by people who actually purchased these knives, you will find one star ratings.  After several days these knives rusted and you will find this a very common complaint.
