This is my second KitchenAid mixer and I use it almost every day. I. Would have like to see the bowl scraper and the attachment with it to add ingredients while it is running. I do not drive very often and purchasing that at my local Walmart is a 45 minute drive one direction so it is quite a inconvenience.  Outside of that I absolutely love the mixer. I had one for many years, but it was a large commercial one and I just needed a smaller one.

Its a great machine but to small for me withe that 4.5 quart bowl i needed a 6 or 7 quart bowl. But I love everything else about the mixer it is number one for a reason.

I've wanted a KitchenAid mixer for a very long time, so I bought this one. Great price. Whips egg whites beautifully. Order a second bowl so when you're prepping two different parts you can prep each before combining.

Excellent kitchen appliance!

Works perfect so far, making using it so easy. I plan on buying the meat grinder too. I prefer the tilt head mixer over the drop in bowl mixer due to osteoarthritis in my hands. The white mixer looks beautiful in my kitchen and fits in nicely without breaking the bank. Definitely satisfied with my Kitchenaid after wanting one for over a year.

After burning out a beater every 6 months I bought the kitchen aid and I am very happy. I have one recipe for cookies that burns out beaters very quickly not this time!! Just fantastic very heavy duty. I would recommend this to everyone, in fact I have given one as a present to a family member for Christmas..

First time Kitchen aid user

Everybody knows the reputation of Kitchen Aid products. I always wanted to have this Stand mixer. That week when I placed my order- it was the lowest price ever so I decided to get one.
I love it, just regretting I have not bought it many years ago. I am very happy and will always recommend this product for beginners-intermediate or advanced cook.

Stand mixer for anybody

Was left in original box at my door. And a little banged up but luckily no damage inside. Good thing Im in a apt and its inside and no packages have been taken to my knowledge. But I feel it should have been put in another box so no one could see what it was.

Kitchen Mixer

When I got the mixer ready to wrap it for Christmas, I noticed that the box was damaged at a bottom corner, so I decided to get it out of the box, and to my disappointment, the enamel was damaged. I bought this item online and now not sure what to do with it. This is my 1st purchase at your website and it is damaged upon pickup. Please advise

This is a great mixer but damaged when picked up

It's hard for me to give a reasonable review, because the advertisement (when I purchased it, a week before Christmas) was misleading. The advert stated that this mixer was going to come with not only the three mixing pieces, the bowl, and mixer; but for, it also stated that the mixer was supposed to come with the two piece covers for the top of the mixer & a $20 eGift card for Walmart. Unfortunately, what was thought to be an excellent purchase, turned out to be definitely not what I expected. This was the most expensive "gift" (let alone the occasion) I had ever bought my mother. So, on Christmas morning, upon my mother opening her new mixer--I was left in shock when we realized that the mixer was missing pieces.. The only advice I can give is to screen capture and print the advertisement after you have placed the order to show and provide evidence of what you wanted to buy, so you don't end up instead receiving something you end up purchasing without evidence and it having missing pieces, as in my case. Good luck shoppers!

Christmas Advert for mixer was misleading.

Disappointing. Side button that ended moving the top part is not working properly and gets stuck half way in the middle. it does not get fixed properly and causes the head to Bob when on.
