[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice size oven looks fantastic on my counter. I prefer this oven rather than my built-in oven for many reasons. I can cook the same food, but this oven gives food better texture in less time and doesn't heat-up my house when using.

It has great features, plenty of space to make enough food to feed my family and is so easy to clean up after. I'm sorry I didn't get one sooner. Great Features!

I use it most often when I have to cook a smaller portion of something, so instead of my regular oven I'd use this. It cooks evenly and faster in my opinion. I also use it when I cook a large family meal and I don't have enough space in my regular often then I use this with my regular oven. It's very easy to use and easy to clean up when done. One of my new favorite kitchen pieces!

It's fabulous because you can bake, toast and keep everything warm!

I especially enjoyed it during the summer months because it doesn't heat up the kitchen and I was able to bake all summer!

Fabulous Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this oven. It is big enough to cook larger items yet still does not take up a lot of space. It is exactly what I was looking for. It is easy to use and I also love that the alert is not jarring. I hate those loud, annoying alerts. This one is melodic and loud enough to hear easily. Plus it's a Kitchen Aid and they stand behind their products! You can't go wrong here.

Best toaster oven EVER!

Great little mini oven for empty nesters or singles! Cooks faster then the oven so make sure you check about 10mins before the required time. 
The only complaint I have is the width and depth could be about an inch or two larger as it's so hard to find cooking pans to fit! Other than that It's wonderful!

More like a little mini oven!

I'm thrilled with the size and functionality of my new oven (about 2 weeks in use now).
EXCEPT - I didn't realize that you can't choose the full range of temperatures for any particular function.   First you pick a pre-set "function" like broil or proof or bake.   Then you can choose temp within a range for that function.  MAX TEMP is 450'.     I like to use my oven at various proofing temperatures like 105-120'  but it won't allow more than 100' for proof, but bake won't go below 150'.    I recommend downloading the user manual before deciding if it will suit all your needs.   Otherwise - I love the sleek look and that the display light goes off when you're not using it (I hate my kitchen lit up like an airport runway at night, not to mention electricity drain).     It's very simple to use and the manual is good.

Very nice

We purchased this oven about a month ago. Everything was taking way longer to cook than anticipated so we stuck an oven thermometer inside to test the temperature. When set to 400, the preheat light goes out after 2-3 minutes, the countdown for cooking time starts and the temperature in the oven registers 200 degrees. It takes at least 20 minutes to reach 400.
We called Kitchenaid for a replacement and they sent out a service tech instead. We had to wait a week or so for that, only to learn the technician had no idea what to do. After calling and holding on the line, we reached someone else who told us they replace these rather than repairing them, which was our original expectation. It took another couple of weeks for a replacement. We finally received it today. The replacement is as bad as the original, maybe worse. 
Right now we are trying to decide which one to return. Frankly I don't want either.
I will also point out the reason we like using a countertop oven is that they heat up quicker and don't heat the kitchen as much as our built in. Not the case with this countertop oven. I can stand 2 feet away from this oven and feel immense heat. Yet the inside won't get hot.
Major fail.
