This is an excellent countertop oven. I have used many brands of "toaster" ovens over the years. Now that it's just my husband and I, we use the smaller oven more than we do our range/oven so we invested in this Kitchen Aid countertop oven. I like the large capacity of this countertop oven as well as the many different settings. It is aptly named "countertop oven" because it cooks the same as a large oven -- evenly and thoroughly. The air fryer setting is one of my favorites. I would buy this again and I highly recommend it!

Order came quickly with no damage. Sale price beat all competitors Packaging was great. Unit had no recommended recipes with instructions to assist in temp settings and tray locations as other brands supplied. User has to manually turn off after using. Alerts are clear.

Great functionality

I've been buying a lot on this site lately. Think I'm in love with this oven/ air fryer. Boy is it quiet, can hardly hear it running. And that's the air- fryer part. Quiet. I'm giving away my old air fryer. I see lots of use with this oven/air fryer for many years to come. Can't wait to see how the toast comes out.

Best Kitchen Appliance Addition

theese ovens are always a learning process  so to give a rave review would be false.  the good is the interior is a wipe clean surface.  its a bit small and the timer bell is very low.

I bought this as a replacement to the one just like it that we had used for 4 years. Overall, it is exactly like the one we were replacing. However, the silver baking pan doesn't fit into the grooves on the walls of the appliance. This causes a problem when trying to keep the food from sliding.The baking  sheet for perfectly into my previous one so I know this is a new issue. Would love to have a replacement pan to see if it was just a random problem.

One problem with baking sheet

Bought this model about 3 years ago-- about 18 months in- the springs that held the door failed- causing the door to fall open.  I was able to find springs at a hardware store and make a 1/2 way decent repair.  Then a few weeks back - the bottom heating element stopped working.  No ability to fix- out of warranty - even the repair folks said "buy a new one".  It's a shame that it's a throwaway mentality- Kitchenaid use to last a long time - now it heads to the garbage.
