[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently puchased the pasta rollerand have made pasta a couple times and used this roller. It does a great job. I love it. Nothing like fresh pasta. I would, however, recommend buying the cutter attachments at the same as it is cheaper that way. I didn't think I would need them but ended up purchasing them. They work great as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for Christmas for my wife. Figured it would be good to have for special occasions. I was very surprised on the ease of use. Make a simple dough, roll, cut, and boil. Have used multiple times and no plans on stopping.

Surprisingly Easy

I've used this product only a handful of times and, at first, it worked like a charm. Now, however, it is unusable as the plastic blade that makes the dough separate from the rollers has cracked and broke. There are no replacement parts except to buy a whole new attachment.

Plastic breaks

I bought this roller with the 3-piece set a few years ago, using it maybe twice a year when I have have the time to make homemade pasta. The plastic pieces on the bottom of the roller have cracked in several places, causing the dough to get bunched up, making the rollers useless. Very disappointed in the product

Cheapest part breaks

I had this same problem with the pasta roller and the company will not replace it. Also a loyal customer of KA for years, but that loyalty ends here. This product could actually be dangerous if the plastic should break off and end up in food. Shame on you KA for not issuing a recall and a refund for customers who bought this obviously defective product. I'm going to call the consumer safety administration to report this company.

Don't buy from this Company

Very disappointed with this model. I had an older version that could handle pasta dough really well. The rollers seem like they are too slippery. I ended up using a rolling pin to flatten the pasta dough.  Check the rollers before you buy. The other pasta shape cutters worked well….but you need to run in through this one first

Disappointed in latest Version of KA Pasta Roller

Not the same quality it used to be. It's now made of cheap plastic and breaks after a few uses. Shame on you Kitchenaid. Charging such a high price for cheap junk. Will never trust the Kitchenaid brand again after seeing how they rip off their loyal customers.

Cheap PLASTIC

I've had this pasta set for years. I used it a couple of times when I first bought it. I've finally retired and have loads of time to play. I was soooo disappointed. These little plastic guides on the bottom cracked and partially fell apart.  I am a huge KitchenAid fan and have almost all the accessories for my mixer. This is the first time I have been so disappointed with one of their products.  I wish there was a way to repair it. I don't feel like laying out that kind of money for something that will likely break again.

Disappointing quality. Not KitchenAid I'm used to.
