Love the weight it doesn't slide all over my glass top stove.  I believe I did get it too hot and I burned and stained the bottom of the pan, but it still cooks like a dream

I was looking for a stainless steel pan that would be easy to clean and could be made nonstick by proper use. I didn't have the kind of money required to purchase a highly rated pan so I bought this one and I have found that it is more than adequate. As long as I am careful to heat the pan to a very high heat before adding food or oil cleanup is relatively easy.. I am quite satisfied.

A good pan for the money!

Very exited to get such a nice sized 12 diameter and about 2 inch deep stainless frying pan. Nice heft and seems very well made. Ibotta had a coupon which sweetened the deal .

This pan cooks evenly and the food doesn't stick to the bottom! I cooked hamburger meat and was afraid it would stick but it didn't. I'm going to replace all my pans with this type. It's dishwasher safe and doesn't have a toxic coating!

Love this pan!

I bought this particularly for dishes using tomato sauce as it is non-reactive, and it is fine for this purpose.  I recommend watching a video to learn how to use stainless steel pans correctly.  For example, you should pre-heat the pan and keep it on moderate or low heat while cooking.  It is not the same as using a non-stick pan, but it has its own unique benefits due to its non-reactive nature.  It costs less than other pans with similar benefits, including All-Clad, which is also a great pan.

Great pan if you understand the proper use

Pan cooks evenly. Deglaze with wine. Heat up first and cook on lower heat to prevent sticking.

Fantastic everyday pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While not restaurant quality, it does the job.  It's sturdy and easy to clean.  My main reason to purchase was to get away from non-stick for health reasons, and also a big bonus, the non-stick surface allows for more fondue in the cooking process creating thicker sauces with more flavor.

Replacing the non-stick

I really like this skillet well made . I have cooked alots in this skillet nice and big to cook a meal.  Cooks and fry food great. I recommend this to customer who like stainless steel and easy to clean. Just little on the heavy side.  Happy customer.

Love this frying pan. Would love to see it sold with a lid in the future . I'm currently using a lid from another set .

Doesn't come with a lid !

Cook hamburgers in it one time and it ruined the pan. Tried to clean immediately after cooking but was unable to scrub off and get pan clean.
