It's lightweight, easy to hold, and simple to clean. I love how efficient it is — no more transferring hot food to a blender! Perfect for soups, baby food, or small batches of sauces. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This immersion blender is so convenient to use versus dragging out a blender.  I am not disparaging other kitchen tools, it's much easier to grab the immersion blender from a drawer and it doesn't clutter my counter.

Convenience!

I've owned a few of these. they have good quality seals and a lock to the power head very well. The poor part is they definitely lack power.
The only reason I use these because they do have a great seal but I have to keep a few on hand because they overheat

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this handheld a little more than a month ago. All I can say is why did i not realize bout these sooner. It has replaced my blender and my older regular beater. I have used it to finalize mashed potatoes, made cream of potato soup with it, have made cream of vegetable soup with it. It will not quit either. Even my regular blender had issues making some of the soups.
And handy?? The unit stores in a drawer and the removeable mixer attachment makes cleanup a breeze. Plus using the variable speeds and being able to go right into the pot I used to cook in....

Why Did I not get One sooner!

Very disappointed with this blender. I bought it expecting it to handle basic kitchen tasks, but it struggles even with soft cottage cheese and simple soups. Every time I immerse it into a thicker mixture, the motor starts choking and the blades stop spinning.

I constantly have to stop and clean the attachment because the mixture gets stuck inside, but that only helps for a few seconds before it clogs up again. What should take two minutes turns into a long and frustrating process of stopping, cleaning, and restarting over and over.

Blending soft cottage cheese should not be too much for a hand blender, yet this one behaves like it's overloaded almost immediately. I honestly don't understand how this product is supposed to handle everyday cooking if it can't process soft ingredients without the motor giving up.

Very frustrating experience and definitely not the quality I expected.

I can never use it. Like it has a surge on it. But it was a marriage gift so I am stuck with it. I can't return or do else with it. And everytime I try it's the same scenario.
