These R-50M speakers are fantastic in my bedroom.  I don't know how they would sound in a larger room, like a living room, but they are more than satisfactory for listening to music to go to sleep with!!  I've actually cranked them up a few times with my Marantz 2252b and the sound was crystal clear.  The price is very reasonable, too, for bookshelf speakers.  By the way, I have Cornwalls in my living room, so there will not be a challenge!!  These are perfect for single room sound.

The Little Speaker That Could!!

This is my first pair of Klipsch speakers and I'm exceptionally pleased!  For this price range, I do not think I could have found a better pair of reference speakers.  On their own, without a subwoofer, they sound fantastic with a rich bass tone and clear high ends.  Add a well-positioned subwoofer, and it's a concert in your living room.  I use mine with a nice vintage Pioneer receiver from the late 1970s and a high end modern turntable.  The results are beautiful - exactly the sound I was hoping to achieve.  I am an audiophile and enjoy all styles of music - in particular progressive rock and progressive pop (think Steven Wilson / Porcupine Tree).  The sound is amazing coming from these speakers.  And they look fantastic!  Highly recommended for anyone looking for high end speakers in this price range.

Pleasantly surprised with the sound from such a small box. Base is full and crisp. Mids and highs are smooth.  Replaced a pair of vintage KLH model 6 that were sounding tired. Very happy for use in my exercise room.

These speakers are amazing!  The pair I had got back channel surround sound we're not the best, but adding these made the whole system pop!  Don't waste time on lesser quality products - just go with Klipsch!

R-50M's Amazing Sound From A Small Package!

After reading a few reviews of these speakers on the internet, I must say these speakers exceeded my expectations and then some.  I had purchased several different speakers before these including the KEF Q150, Martin Logan Motion 15i, Paradigm 200B, and JBL L52.  The Klipsch were less expensive than all of the previous ones but I preferred their sound over all of them.  Extremely linear in their response.  The Klipsch engineers hit this one out of the park!

I use these coupled with a Sony receiver with the delivery coming from my pc using the fiber optic cable. I've had these for around 4 years now in a harsh temp environment my shed. They never fail to impress me. they never fail to impress my neighbors either. lol. I was skeptical about the copper spun woofer but tried and tested true.

These are great period

I appreciate the design and engineering in these speakers. Sound quality is excellent for their price point. I recommend these speakers for small rooms being fed by amps also designed for close listening.

Good technology

The M-50 book shelf speakers are surprisingly good on the low end.  However, they're not as sharp as I might have expected on the high end.

So far, very pleased with my first Klipsch speaker purchase! I have listened to a variety of records from jazz to hard rock, and each one has sounded true to form. Looking forward to more great listening experiences!

Great sounds delivered

Not on track with the company R-50M speakers have been on back order for over a month I finally canceled the order and ordered the R-40M speakers which the speakers I wanted to begin with
