The original hose, over 10 years old, was leaking at the spray head end and causing water to run down under the sink.   I was able to search online for the needed part and order it online.  The only tricky part of the installation was getting the old failed hose released from the faucet assembly under the sink.  Once that step was complete the new hose snapped easily into place and was ready to go.  Connecting the hose to the existing spray head was simple and easy to accomplish.  The new hose is more flexible and makes using the spray head easier than ever.  Bonus!

Braided hose started to leak, called Kohler, gave them the model # off the cold water line label, they sent me a new hose which was covered under warranty. EASY!

Kohler makes it easy!!

This was an exact replacement for my 10 year old that developed a small leak in the faucet to hose connection. Removal of the old hose and installation of the new one took about 5 minutes. All very easy.

Exact replacement for the original

While the hose connected and does not leak, it also does not retract into the housing reliably. The hose is obviously not an exact replica of the original. While this unit is marginally acceptable and functional, it is not desirable.

Not what I was hoping for.

Been disappointed with Kohler products for some time now. This is just another disappointment. Hose is at least 1 foot shorter than the original hose. I no longer have the versatility or convenience of the reach of the original. I think Kohler relies too much on brand loyalty and brand recognition.

It works and is easy to replace. However the new hose won't fit back all the way into the faucet so you are left with a gap. Its better then a leak but it don't look great
