Kohler Bellera Pull-down Kitchen Sink Faucet

We added this faucet to our laundry room after loving the Edalyn faucet we updated in our kitchen.  Seemed like a lot of money for faucets but was such a big difference was worth every penny.  Who would have thought?!

Pretty faucet

I bought this several months ago, but couldn't get it installed until 2 weeks ago. It works beautifully, but the hot cold positions are counter intuitive to me. Hot is down and cold is up. Also, the hoses weren't long enough for my sink fittings. Fortunately my son-in-law is handy and figured out what to replace them with.

The K-560-VS (HC) is a good faucet, but after four years of use the hose began leaking.  Warranty seems to cover the part, but making your customers use the postal service to submit a claim feed very 20 years ago.  Time for Kohler to catch up with 2020.  I'm going to need a new hose in a day or two in order to keep using my kitchen sink, not in a few weeks.

Good faucet

Beautiful design and great functionality. Replaced a Delta faucet that became hard to turn off. We've had mixed results with Koehler fixtures but their customer service has been excellent with replacement parts/fixtures. I recommend this faucet.

Recommend this fixture

We were tired of replacing less expensive kitchen faucets every few years so we broke down and spent the money on a Kohler.  We really like this faucet.  The spray is great, the magnetic head return is great and the hose easily reaches my coffee maker and the hose doesn't get stiff like the less expensive brands.
The said hose developed a pin hole leak (which I now understand is a common failure mode) and has no progressed to a leak so bad that we cannot pull the head out without spraying all over the kitchen.  I considered using tape on the leak, but I'm afraid that will force the leaking water up over the inside of the neck and down into the cabinet below.

I am disappointed that we have a failure such as this after "upgrading" our kitchen faucet.
I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased.

This premium price faucet in a new construction ( < 4 yrs) has been leaking for several months now. The plumber advised getting a replacement and unfortunately has seen other faucets in this development with similar problems. The faucet needs to be replaced however Id like a better product since this model ( Belleva Model K-560-VS single hole) seems to have consistent defects. I've typically been really pleased with Kohler products and expect that this can resolved with a different faucet

Pull down hose leaks  - frustrating given the price and timeframe

Builder installed in a new home.  After several months the water flow from the faucet started getting slow.  Assumed it was a clogged aerator.  We were unable to get the aerator off.  I assume a tool came with the faucet, but we never got one from the builder.  Up until today I didn't even know it was a Kohler faucet.  We had plumber try to fix it, but he couldn't get the aerator out either and ended up breaking it and now the sprayer doesn't work.  But it turned out that wasn't the issue.  The boost button was partially depressed and restricted flow.  Even though we'd use the faucet with and without the sprayer, the button didn't fully come back out making it seem like there was a clog or low water pressure.
