Ease Of Installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shower was leaking and I bought a new temp/pressure balance valve and installed it.  About 2 months later it started leaking again.  I needed to replace the cartridge under the valve at the same time.  It's funny they don't sell these as a set,  but I suppose there may be too many variants to make that feasible.

Good stuff.  So I don't need to replace the entire faucet.  Thanks to Kohler for keep supporting for old faucets.

First part was defective.  Kohler replaced it promptly.   Excellent customer service.  Easy to install.

Kit needs to include a packet of silicone grease to complete the install.
I believe previous kits had this.

Replaced my old PBU with GP8008200. Water only dribbles out of new PBU. Removed and replaced a few times with no better results. Returned to the plumbing supply store and the salesman told me there were other complaints about PBU GP800820.
