I am so happy that Kohler still make replacement seats in many colors!  The new hinge system is not as strong as the old one, but I'll take it....

Replacement toilet seats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately when I looked online at the colors I thought my toilet was Desert Bloom but it is Wild Rose. I saw it was wrong as soon as I opened the package but the hinges on the old seat where broken and I decided to live with the wrong color rather than wait to return and have the correct color delivered. I guess because the toilet is a discontinued item the seat is  very expensive so not willing to pay the price again for the correct color.

My mistake

The color was incorrect- I thought I ordered the very dark brown seat, only to get a mid brown one.  My wife told me to buy a new toilet from a big box store for the price of the seat and top.  She has told me this a few times now, about ten times. I should have listened -but now I have a two tone toilet- the first on our block. Wow

Quality toilet seat- improved over the original seat

This was the only seat available. I would have preferred replacing the original. It works OK
