Design

I was hesitant on spending a little extra on something as trivial as my garbage can, however, am so happy I did. It truly is the little things that can bring so much joy. My new carefully curated kitchen that came without an ideal option for a trash is no longer compromised by an ugly eyesore of a trashcan. The slow close lid, simple step to open, and dual compartments make it super simple for my littles to easily get their wrappers right where they belong every time without the need to keep an under sink cabinet unlocked. Well done KOHLER!

It is a good balance between too big and too small. Any bigger and it would have not worked in our kitchen. Well thought out design and thanks for having an option in white.

Nice All In One Trashcan

We recently bought the black stainless steel as we are making the switch for all our appliances from stainless steel to black stainless steel. Love the look and design of this, especially that we only have to have 1 bin in kitchen now instead of 2! Also, our dogs can't push the lid open with nose so great design there as well! Very happy and impressed.

Great Design and Love Having Only 1 Bin in Kitchen

I have been searching for a new trash can for my kitchen and this is exactly what I was looking for.  The color is sleek, it is a great size even for smaller spaces and is easy to clean.

Perfect for my space!

I bought this about a month or so ago. It's perfect for my space, as it keeps my recyclables and waste tucked away in a stylish way. It's easy to change the bags and dump my recyclables into a larger yardie for city pick-up. I would like to know how to get the lid and rim to "lock" up when changing out the bags. This is a feature, as advertised and I have only been able to get the trash can to do it once, by mistake. However, it's not very intuitive on how to do it on purpose and also how to unlock it safely. I ended up just pushing down the lid and the rim but I was scared the whole time that I might actually break it. Thankfully it didn't break, but I don't know how to initiate this feature on purpose/safely. That's why I rated it a 4, not a 5.

Love how clean it looks

ordered this for our kitchen in our new home that didn't have the built-in trash/recycling combo pull out.  Love the design on the outside but the inside is very tight.  Still not sure how to make a trash bag fit on the trash side.  recycle side doesn't have one.  It arrived with a dent on the bottom side and I called they sent a replacement and that too, arrived with a dent in the exact same place.

Looks great, works great, nothing fits. The compartments are each so narrow that there's so many items that you can't put in the bin. Give this thing some steroids pump it up to 16 gallons and then it will work
