I actually purchased the modern brushed brass finish on the Crue faucet and it literally is the statement piece on my countertop. It's not only beautifully designed but solidly built and the functionality of it is top notch. I am an avid cook, so I wanted a faucet to be able to meet my requirements & overall daily needs. The contractor who installed this faucet was even quite impressed with it after the install, which was reassuring with the amount of kitchen renos that he does. So while yes, this is a beautiful faucet but the quality, how well it is made and the fact that Kohler products last a very long time, were the determining factors to why I specifically chose this. I hope you enjoy your Kohler Crue faucet as much as I do.

We bought this Crue Pull-down in January of 2023 to replace a 6 year old faucet that broke, from a lesser known brand.  My husband was able to easily install and he quickly noticed the difference in quality of the two faucets.  Love the simple look and features.  Keep up the good work at Kohler!

Beautiful and functional!

I bought the Crue Pull-down faucet about a month ago  and am really happy with the quality and function!  It also has a nice streamline look to it as well.

I chose the Crue faucet after careful research. The compact design and simple lever control were important considerations. Equally as important was the Kohler reputation and warranty which is tops in the industry

Crue faucet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So many good designs on this faucet that make it beautify,  easy to use and tool at the sink.
My wife and I are both very happy with this faucet. She is more about the great visual appearance. The shape and the finish are that in the photo. 
The height of the lever is so much easier to simply reach out and turn on and off. Rather than reaching forward and down. The magnet holds the head in place until you are ready to pull it out.
When the head is in spray mode, the pressure seems to increase and it become a better tool for not only cleaning vegetables, but also cleaning up the sink.
Increase in flow button is also great when you are in a hurry and want that extra water to fill up your....
I installed this myself and it was so easy. 
We highly recommend this product.

Thought this should be good - So much better than expected !!!

A simple and elegant design for kitchen that is practical and easy to look at.  Kohler's quality manufacturing with top grade materials mean it will last a long time even with our frequent use of the device.  Not inexpensive and worth the money, we believe.

Bespoke style

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clean, beautiful look and easy to install. My husband installed himself in less than 30 minutes. It pairs beautifully with our modern kitchen. Not only beautiful, but functions well too. One note, is that the water stream is fairly narrow, but it is powerful. It makes sense for the design.

Bought in black and stainless. One for the kitchen and one for our bar.

I should have read the description more carefully.  Unlike the faucet this one replaced (a Moen that I had to replace the spray head 4 or 5 times because it kept getting stuck in "spray" mode), when this fixture is in "spray" mode, turned off and back on, it does NOT automatically revert to "stream" mode.  If there is anything in the sink, spoon, dish, etc, and you turn it on, full blast, the spray mode gives the user a shower.  It's really irritating.   Also, I don't know if it was supposed to have a smudge-resistant finish or not, (again, should have read the description more carefully) but it is NOT.  Overall, I like NOTHING about this faucet and will likely be replacing it as soon as I have the time.   One other thing... the website also DOES NOT WORK.  I tried clicking the "add photos" as well as ALL the additional 8 questions and not one of them would allow me to do anything--they won't open.
