I just love love love my new faucet. The touch less feature is awesome, my hands get dirty cooking a lot and I don't have to touch anything to wash them off. The teardrop design is so pretty too. I would buy another.

Touchless provides no prints or mess on faucet.  Pressure is perfect and the look is very pretty with my Kohler cast iron, white sink.  The look is classic, clean, simple and elegant.  Love it!!

Installed about 3 weeks ago. Love the look, performance and don't know how we cooked/lived without a touchless faucet in the past.

Touchless Faucet

Very happy with my purchase. The Tone is perfect for everyday kitchen use, with the touchless technology being its best asset. High quality, and very visually appealing in my kitchen. Love it.

Function

The faucet is fantastic!  The touchless feature is especially nice when both hands are dirty or occupied.  The spray power is great!  The wifi is fun, e.g. Alexa, ask Kohler to pour 2 cups of water, is totally cool!  However, it didn't connect with the original faucet because they sent a unit with a faulty board, which they knew about.  What's up with that?  For the price, you'd think they'd send an up-to-date unit.  I'd recommend it, but you might want to call them before ordering to save yourself the hassle of crawling under the sink twice.

Wonderful, once they got it right

We really like the look of this particular kitchen faucet, and it works well with our remodel design. It is a little pesky to install, as we have an under counter white porcelain farmhouse sink, and the electrician had to reach under and then up behind the sink. We also need to figure out the weight provided to ensure the hose retracts after use. Overall, we shall see how it performs in the weeks/months to come!

Modernist look

I was super excited to get this faucet as it matched my kitchen beautifully.  The neck of faucet seems loose.  I realize that it swivels and can't be completely firm.  Then last night we noticed a bubble at the base of the faucet.  The black paint came off!  I'm shocked because Kohler has a great reputation and the faucet wasn't cheap.

Stunning to look at but has some design flaws

Like the look of the faucet but very disappointed with the way Kohler implements the technology aspects of the product. They require an address and appear to take data for the product to fully function. Turn the data require off or refuse to accept their privacy policy and the faucet doesn't fully function. Why does a faucet company need to know my address and collect data on when I turn it on and off. All I wanted was a faucet that worked hands free (wave hand underneath it to turn it on, remove hand or wave again and turns off). I would not buy this faucet if knew what I know now.

Not thrilled at all...
