Temperature

This 2-zone cellar is an excellent choice. Its dimensions help for small spaces. It's not noisy. However, the product is not like the illustration. The front is black and not stainless steel

I am very satisfied especially that the storeroom is quiet and belle appearance.

I am a storyteller of my wine cooler, it is very quiet and it is of the dimensions I was looking for. Negative point, it arrived with some scratches on the facade.

Beautiful design

I bought it hopping I will get 2 different temperature zone, cold and a bit cool.
Well that is not the case, The upper temp don't go lower then 8, and the lower not lower then 12. The white wine on the upper zone is not cold enough to drink it.
Other then that, it's ok

OK for a regular cellar

Fast service but poor information at the start on delivery. Spend a lot of time on the phone to know if the product would be delivered to me. But it was eventually delivered by Canada Post. Product finally delivered in excellent condition.

Cold sweat...was to be delivered by UPS...

Absolutely DO NOT BUY!!! I bought this despite seeing all of the negative reviews, I wish I had listened. It will not maintain proper temps the temp stays at a constant 63 Fahrenheit on the top and 61 on the bottom. Thank God I bought the extended warranty, however I cannot use it until the manufacturer warranty expires. Here is the problem good luck trying to contact the manufacturer

Looks Nice but does not work

I ordered this cooler to give as a gift via online orders. At the opening, there were 4 bump spots in addition to missing a leg to keep it level. I bring it back in store and finally the item is no longer available. Frustrating...

Worn in several places

I had 2 of these delivered the first came and it was scratched and dented so it was sent back the second came it was scratched, dented missing the racks ( useful on a wine rack) and instructions. The packing for this heavy electrical item is just the cardboard box nothing else so no wonder it arrives damaged. The item had a sticker on it QC ( quality controlled) passed don't think so. Please do not go near this make for anything very poor item.

Horrendous

Item arrived badly damaged delivered by UPS with no instruction book or other documents suggesting that it previously been opened. The box itself seemed undamaged

18 Bottle Wine Cooler

I have just received the second cooler. The first had the door hinges broken, the plastic feet broken, and the cabinet bent. The box had been repacked and it had a large hole in the lower corner, the lower packing protector were missing. This cooler should not have been sent to me as it was very obvious it was damaged an repacked. Returned for a replacement. Second cooler just arrived , 3/5/21, The box appeared in better shape than the first one but it had a hole in one of the edges where it appear to have been hit from the outside. Open the box top, remove top pack protectors, looked down at the cooler edge corresponding with box hole and the door edge had been hit and a piece of the edge was broken off. I will never know if it works.
