Is a great size for my needs however, when I opened the box there was a dent. I contacted customer service and they were professional, helpful and willing to rectify the dent.  I just wished they had it in stainless steel to match my kitchen but, is ok I can overlook the white.

Excellent freezer

Ordering was easy and the freezer was delivered quickly.  It arrived with some very minor (cosmetic) damage from shipping.  The freezer quickly  cooled down to minus 8 degrees F and has been holding there ever since.  This is a small freezer but it works well.

Good little freezer

I bought this Koolatron Freezer over 2 months ago and it is the best investment I have made. When checking it out the photo and description only showed one basket but to my surprise and delight it came with 3. So all 3 shelves have a basket which is awesome. Looks are deceiving as you can fit quite a bit into this freezer. I would definitely recommend it and if I ever had to I would buy another.

Small Freezer Packs a Punch

I am so very glad I got this about 4 months back.  I couldn't find this type of freeze anywhere...due to COVID 19 I suppose.   I wished the price was lower when I purchased it.  Now the prices have  come down and you can find these freezers in several stores now.   Overall, this freezer is great and does just what I needed it for.

So far I love it, I live in small senior apt., and the size is perfect. It holds quite alot and the baskets are
wonderful, chest freezers are a pain for me. Two others in my retirement place ordered same one so
we all agree.

Happy purchase

i had gotten a mini freezer when we got new appliances in kitchen 18 months ago.  then saw we needed more freezer space, and got this one, which is nice and a hair larger. i love it having bins, way easier than struggling bent over in the other small one.  freezes very cold and i do like it. good thing too, because in under 2 years, price is 80 more, which is like 45 percent. so appliance prices are going up fast, if you want it waiting just makes it higher.

It's exactly what we were looking for. During this pandemic we needed more freezer space and this gives us everything we needed.

Great mini freezer

Arrived in good packaging. Easy set up. Gave 4 star only because lower rack is more difficult to pull out than the others. Have it set at 4.5 and it's quite cold. holds just enough for what we need for two people, as we also have two fridges with freezer compartments. would definitely recommend so far.....but we have only had it for less than a month.

SO FAR SO GOOD

Maybe I was ignorant of this about freezers, I was planning on keeping this in my garage. However, the directions say NOT to keep in an unheated area (complex reasons having to do with sensors etc,) because it may not keep food cool in a cold garage. The directions also state that it needs its own dedicated circuit - so I had to pay to have an electrician put in a new circuit.  I believe this information should be made known in the product description, not just revealed when you read the instructions that come with the freezer. I don't know how the freezer actually works since I need to find a place for it.

Needs a heated space

I can't really comment on the quality of the koolatron because I returned it without using it. It had a big dint in the door. Walmart needs to deal with this. A lot of people  received damaged merchandise.  Return was pretty easy but still really annoying.
