I just received this freezer.  I want a frost free freezer and the description says it is "Frost-Free" right in the title.  I get it home and set it up and read the manual and it says that it needs to be defrosted when the ice gets to 1cm thick.  What the heck?  Why do they put Frost-Free in the title and then defrosting instructions in the manual.  Is this freezer frost free or not?  Will the company please answer?
