This is a perfect reasonably priced chill box for my two-person household that drinks maybe two bottles a week.  It replaced an identical unit that lasted more than ten years.  The box holds 12 bottles of red wine at the perfect 60 degree temperature.  The only shortcoming was that the tiny adjustment knob could be rotated from "Low" to "High" without any indication of what temperature those end-points relate to, or any other setting in-between.  I bought a little  thermometer which told me the high setting was 60 degrees.  That was fine for us, but someone wanting a cooler temperature for white wine would need to find it by trial and error.  This almost trivial inconvenience is greatly outweighed by the value of the unit.  It is a great buy.

Good purchase

A great price. Nice "look". However, the wine didn't get too cold or chilled...cooler if the bottles of wine were stored in my basement. Also, an annoying "humm" or "buzz" from constant fan motor. Wouldn't recommend. Not worth the hassle of getting it home and returning it back to the store.

very unhappy the way this box was tossed on my porch.
he literally just tossed it.
and I watched him do it from inside the house.
the delivery date was changed twice.
the box is all beat up I am including pictures. I'm hoping this thing works.
This was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
