This faucet is amazing.  It looks great, feels solid and works great.  The feature that allows tap in the osmosis water through the extra spout works really well.  I have it installed on my island and the size and design of this faucet the “pop” that my kitchen needs.  The shipping was excellent and overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

Drinking water faucet

This is a nice faucet. Simple to install with very clear directions. The good thing it comes with very long connector hoses (wire shield) so you will most likely not need to buy any. Like all new faucets, no need for a basin wrench to install. Just need to make sure your existing hole is not to large for the faucet. Took me 15 minutes to install after I got the old one off. The hoses are easily marked (red & blue) between hot and cold.

Works well, looks good & easy to install

I love my kitchen sink and faucet from Kraus.  Its a great sink at a great price.  The sink can be undermounted or dropped in.  It fit my 33" cabinet with about a quarter inch left on each side undermounted, my countertop guys were able to install it with no issue.

Loving my sink & faucet

I am 150% satisfied with my sink absolutely beautiful. I did not know this brand previously, we purchased another brand at first but the sink came with a crack. So I purchased the Kraus sink with faucet. It complements our sink perfectly. This product has exceeded my expectations. Not the best kitchen photo as we have to install the backsplash still

Beautiful Sink

Have had my beautiful new Krause Black Granite sink installed now for two week and love it!  While, yes, it takes a little more attention to keeping it clean and dry after use, it hasn't made me regret my purchase.  The sink is big and deep.  Exactly what I need to handle our Sunday family dinner weekly.  Only one negative so far.  After the first week, I noticed a smell.  Wiped it down with a disinfecting wipe and smell gone and hasn't returned since.

I must reveal that I had never heard of the brand before this purchase.  Selected it on the internet primarily because I liked the way it looked.   I also read some “reviews”.   I have only had the faucet installed for a week. However, I am happy with the operation and finish of unit.  Has the “feel”of a

Very nice product, great packaging, exceptional quality, easy install. Apparent attention to detail, would buy from Krauss again. Also bought an undermount sink and soap dispenser, very pleased. Hoping the reliability is as impressive, time will tell.

So Far So Good

I wish I could comment about the endurance of this beautiful faucet but It's only been a couple of weeks since we had this stainless steel beauty installed. We are loving everything about it, from the ease of the pull down spray head to the switch from stream to spray. I am handicapped in my shoulders and hands and I can easily pull the spray head down into the undermount 9" deep sink we have, rinsing every corner of the sink. The Bolden 18" is perfect for spaces that can't use the taller faucets. You won't be disappointed if you go with the Bolden!

I was satisfied with this product for 18 months.  Now without any apparent cause the plastic switch that turns on spray mode broke.  It is bound to break with normal use because it is so flimsy.
