OMG! This sink is a work of art!!! NEVER have I been SO PROUD of my kitchen before purchasing the Kraus brand of products. I purchased a 32" undermount sink with the (KPF 1602) faucet & soap dispenser.

My faucet is THE showpiece of my kitchen! Even though I other luxury brand appliances, the faucet what catches everyone's attention. People can't wait to find an excuse to use it! Lol! It's that eye catching! What I love most is it's massive height & sturdy feel. It blends just the right amount of the "commercial" look into a residential design. It's sleek, clean lines have a contemporary look yet it blends easily with my transitional kitchen. If I had to describe it in 2 words, I'd say that it's one "SEXY BEAST"!

I chose this brand after carefully reading numerous reviews of various manufacturers. I chose Kraus because the majority of the reviews I read always came down to Kraus' quality, attractive design & affordability. I'm glad I took a chance on Kraus , sight unseen, versus the boring selection my local the big big stores. Trust me, they don't even come close to this brand in quality for the price.

The granite company that installed my kitchen countertops, requested the sink prior to installation, so that they could pre install the sink at their shop. When I brought it in, the shop owner asked where I had purchased it from because another customer had recently purchased her own sink and it too, was a Kraus. The way she examined the sink said it all. As a granite supplier, she sees all brands of sinks in her line of business & my sink even gave HER "Kitchen Envy"! For me, that sealed the deal!

Another thing to note is the box & packaging. That in itself was very impressive. The box was huge, and it arrived packed & wrapped with the care & attention of fine china. The sink & faucet came in a box that is shaped to fit the contents. Then, as if that wasn't enough, it included it's own cloth bag. I'm talking about a heavy duty bag, much like those that accompany high end, designer handbags & shoes. The bag is large enough to store a king comforter set, sheets & bed pillows. I'm not kidding!

Now that I've experienced the quality and affordability of Kraus products, I will definitely consider their bathroom product line. A master bathroom remodel is long overdue at my house.

If you're looking for a new sink or faucet, let me tell you, Kraus is one that certainly checks off ALL the boxes!

This is a heavy, solid, all metal masterpiece of German engineering. 
It has a regular spout to use for filling the sink,etc and it has a sprayer that you might see on TopChef.. It has a very study feel in the hand and the spray has firm pressure. I feel like I will have this faucet for many,many tears. It is very tall and takes a little getting used to its boldness,but we actually have a little fun doing dishes with this beauty!

I've had this faucet for almost 4 years and can honestly say that it works as well and looks as good as it did when it was installed.
 The look/styling is phenomenal, I have the chrome finish, and it is always bright & shiny. Everyone that has been in my kitchen has raved about the looks and functionality of this faucet.
 Speaking of the functionality, the single lever water control valve is very smooth and mix's the water perfectly, the 360° spout easily covers both bowls of the sink, and the commercial style sprayer easily reaches both bowls, as well as the entire sink. I also use the sprayer to fill tall cooking pots, my coffee maker, and it's great for rinsing meat & vegetables, as you can use the locking device on the sprayer to keep the spray going while using 2 hands for rinsing or cleaning. A very useful feature.
 I would and have recommended this faucet to others.

Stylish & Functional

I've had this faucet for about 10 days now and absolutely love it. It's very eye catching and unique.

 It was very easy to install, and I like that the water supply lines were built in so I didn't have to reuse or purchase new ones. 

The function is very simple; only one spout can be active at a time, the wand can be locked open (trigger depressed) via a latch near the handle. If the wand isn't active then the spout is active, so the function is much simpler than the design leads on, which I like.

Fortunately, everything worked right out of the box, so I didn't have to work with customer service on anything, but will update this review if anything happens in the future.

High quality, stylish, faucet

I was debating on this and a much cheaper version.  So glad I read the reviews and spent the extra money.  The installation was so easy, it literally took 15 minutes once the old faucet was gone.  The water pressure is fine.  Some of the reviews complained about the spray pressure not being enough.  I have a pressure washer and don't need to blast anything off my dishes!   I'm very pleased at the look of the faucet. It looks like something one would see in a high end restaurant.

Great quality, heavy but sleek.

I have had this faucet for over 7 years. I still absolutely love it. My problem with reviews for things like this is they never help you gauge longevity. I can say that this is an excellent product and the customer service is fabulous. We have unbelievable pressure so we were not surprised when the hose started to leak. What did surprise us is that the company was so awesome when we called to replace that part. I thought we would be paying for replacement after so long. Nope...customer service was happy to replace at no charge and we received the part in 2 days. I am so happy...I love this faucet and am a huge fan of this company.

I love the design and having come from a restaurant background liked the commercial feel and performance of the pull down.  Unfortunately, the pressure of the pull down has dropped off considerably over time and has started squealing to the point where I cannot use it.   I cannot find a schematic of the parts but am pretty sure this should be easily resolved.

Great product but starting to have problems

We love the look of our new KPF-1602 and find the pulldown feature to be terrific. Unfortunately, though, a drop or two of water will come out of the pot filler every time we turn the faucet on with the pull-down activated. Should this really be happening on a brand new somewhat expensive faucet?

Leaky Pot Filler

I have had multiple KPF-1602 faucets over the last 6-7 years and the newest 2017 version is the worst! They lowered the flow rate to CA standards rendering the sprayer useless. Also by removing the older feature which had a separate on/off for the pot filling arm it now wastes tons of water if you want to use the worthless sprayer.
