This faucet is amazing.  It looks great, feels solid and works great.  The feature that allows tap in the osmosis water through the extra spout works really well.  I have it installed on my island and the size and design of this faucet the “pop” that my kitchen needs.  The shipping was excellent and overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

Installation required some cutting into the granite countertop but otherwise very simple installation. Everyone who's seen it is impressed. It really is a nice contrast (white quartz) to the red granite countertop. So far upkeep has been simpler than enamel sink we replaced. Really happy with the product and the process

This is a fantastic faucet. Not only is it beautiful, but the installation was straightforward and exceptionally secure, unlike many faucets that rely on a large plastic wingnut to hold them in place. The mounting system feels much more substantial and inspires confidence that the faucet will remain solidly anchored. The integrated water filter is a huge plus, and because it's built into the handle, there's no need to drill an additional hole in the countertop. The overall height is actually a bit lower than listed in the specifications, which turned out to be perfect for our needs. I'll definitely keep an eye on Kraus for similar upgrades in the future.

Drinking water faucet

This is a nice faucet. Simple to install with very clear directions. The good thing it comes with very long connector hoses (wire shield) so you will most likely not need to buy any. Like all new faucets, no need for a basin wrench to install. Just need to make sure your existing hole is not to large for the faucet. Took me 15 minutes to install after I got the old one off. The hoses are easily marked (red & blue) between hot and cold.

I must reveal that I had never heard of the brand before this purchase.  Selected it on the internet primarily because I liked the way it looked.   I also read some “reviews”. I wish I could comment about the endurance of this beautiful faucet but It's only been a couple of weeks since we had this stainless steel beauty installed. We are loving everything about it, from the ease of the pull down spray head to the switch from stream to spray. I am handicapped in my shoulders and hands and I can easily pull the spray head down into the undermount 9" deep sink we have, rinsing every corner of the sink. The Bolden 18" is perfect for spaces that can't use the taller faucets. You won't be disappointed if you go with the Bolden!

Great Faucet for the Handicapped!

Very happy with my new grey sink.  The composite material is really beautiful with tiny flecks in it.  Even the sink drain is nicely designed.  Very happy with Kraus products!   They are a great value and much better quality and design that comparably priced products.

I was satisfied with this product for 18 months.  Now without any apparent cause the plastic switch that turns on spray mode broke.  It is bound to break with normal use because it is so flimsy.
