This is such a nice upgrade to what we had!  I love range of motion, the low flow, and the sprayer.  I just wish I could make the sprayer my default spout and the direction for changing then flow were clearer.   Otherwise this is amazing!

Best decision so far.  Love the style and integrity of this faucet.  I picked because of separate pot filler and so glad I did.  It adds a nice look to a plain one hole faucet.  The only thing that I have noticed about it so far is that the spout on pot filler and pull down sprayer gets quite hot when running the hot water thru it.  Not a big deal to me though, I just don't touch it!  The sprayer does in fact have an area you must keep your hand in to not feel the heat.  I will continue to practice keeping my hand in the right spot!  I guess that is the trade off for having a faucet that's made of metal and not plastic!  At least I know for sure that this is made of all metal.  Great piece of mind!  I love this faucet! Nicest one I've even owned.  Love it!

We installed this faucet 8 years ago in our primary kitchen with a family of 4 who entertains a few times per week.  Zero problems for 8 years and then the aerator cracked.  A few texts to Kraus and new aerator is on the way.  Easy to recommend the faucet and Kraus.

Long Haul.   Still going strong after 8 years

Easiest faucet to install of all the faucets over the years; well made and just about perfect design; also looks fantastic; model with black and silver colors will blend with any change to appliances we need to do over the years.  I would like to be able to high five the designer.

When used with a Kraus 30" Under mount sink, the hose cannot be stretched down far enough to sufficiently rinse out debris in the sink. The closest i can get is 20" from the floor of the sink!

Pull Down Hose Too Short on KPF-1603SFSMB

I bought this Commercial style faucet because 4 years ago we bought a house that had this faucet but was the model before this new one and I loved it!!!   So I bought this one thinking that it has to be just as good or even better since they don't carry the model before this one anymore.  So the one thing they changed is the ability to pull down on the spray  hose.  You can't even get the spray to the corners of the sink.  It is so disappointing because that was the best part of this faucet that you could rinse your whole sink clean.  So I did call customer service to tell them this.  If I could buy the old model I would do it because this one would be great if it had a longer spray hose.  Love the quality of this brand. So that is why I can't give it a 5 star and I would tell other to wait to buy this until they fix this problem.

Experiencing a little bit of buyer's remorse over not doing better research of functionality for this product. Enamored with the aesthetics of the product and having read a review (perhaps they brought a similar, but different product) I thought the sprayer would have the function to remain on, if wished. As an avid cook and the person doing the most dishes, I had not realized how much I used this function in my previous (non-Kraus) product. My significant other did not want this product, due to the lack of pull down sprayer and we argued that the power of the water would be able to reach the corners, and it does. Having to hold the sprayer on during dishes is a wasted task, and frankly I am so surprised that in a product of this quality, it was not thought out as necessary. I still love the way it looks with my, also new, Kraus white farmers sink, but kicking myself with every load of dishes.

I replaced my faulty Kraus faucet with this model. The hose is too short. I can't even pull it far enough to properly clean my sink. I want to love it but I don't. She might be pretty but beyond that, I dislike her very much. I would take my old faucet in a heartbeat if she was still available.

The hose is too short

I purchased the Artec Pro for a kitchen remodel. After it was installed the first thing that I noticed when using it was the lack of movement from the spray hose. The hose basically is stationary. You can't pull out any hose and the spring is so rigid it will barely move. In the description from Kraus it reads that the sprayer has a reach of 7 1/8 inches. That is not an accurate statement. I paid a lot of money for this faucet and it does not do what I need it to do.

Misleading Description

DO NOT BUY!!!  Can't stress this enough.  Yes, this faucet looks and feels nice but that is about it. Never in my life have I ever had so many issues with a faucet.  Will explain but if you don't want to read just do yourself a favor and do NOT buy this faucet.  Issue #1: Randomly after 1 month of use the water pressure completely dropped and has yet to come back.  I dismantled the entire faucet and nothing can seem to improve the pressure back to how it was.  Issue #2: Randomly after 2 months of use the water no longer works from the pull down sprayer making this faucet basically like a bathroom now without any water coming from the pull down.  Issue #3:  Randomly after 4 months of use the top started leaking water all over the top popped off.  I was able to repair myself but created a mess.  And from the other reviews about this model clearly there is something very wrong with this faucet.  Really makes the Kraus brand look like garbage and they provide ZERO support.

DO NOT BUY!!!
