This faucet is an absolute beast!  Big and beefy, very solid construction. We purchased the chrome finish and it's beautiful.  I've been very happy with it so far. Some say the sprayer is weak but I've found it adequate to remove residual food from dishes.  As far as industrial facets, I don't know that you could get better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was extremely easy! I was able to install myself within half hour and that's including removing old faucet. I love the overall design with the two tone metals mixed together. It ties in well with other appliances in my kitchen. 

I honestly thought it would take some time getting used to the dual design; the pot filler ends up being the main faucet until you press to use the “pre-rinse sprayer,” but we have had in less than 2 weeks and already used to change. 

Sounds nit-picky but I would have liked the option to use pre-rinse sprayer as main faucet and have a button to press to revert to pot filler as secondary. I can't turn on the faucet and just have water shoot out the sprayer instead of the pot filler first without having to press down on the sprayer. Not being able to do this wasn't worth taking this beautiful faucet down a whole star so I stand by my rating but if could have, I would have given it a 4.5 instead of 5.

Beautiful and easy to install

It comes in a nice box with all the hardware ready for installation. This product came in a matte black, which makes the kitchen stand out. The difficulty of this installation was moderate, but everything was easy to put on. I love how you can adjust the pressure of the water and the spring hose on top sprays and retract back into place. I'm very impressed and so glad it is a part of our kitchen that makes it stand out.

Oversized faucet

Pretty kitchen sink faucet

Massive faucet

DO NOT BUY!!!  Can't stress this enough.  Yes, this faucet looks and feels nice but that is about it. Never in my life have I ever had so many issues with a faucet.  Will explain but if you don't want to read just do yourself a favor and do NOT buy this faucet.  Issue #1: Randomly after 1 month of use the water pressure completely dropped and has yet to come back.  I dismantled the entire faucet and nothing can seem to improve the pressure back to how it was.  Issue #2: Randomly after 2 months of use the water no longer works from the pull down sprayer making this faucet basically like a bathroom now without any water coming from the pull down.  Issue #3:  Randomly after 4 months of use the top started leaking water all over the top popped off.  I was able to repair myself but created a mess.  And from the other reviews about this model clearly there is something very wrong with this faucet.  Really makes the Kraus brand look like garbage and they provide ZERO support.
