The hardest part of installing our new faucet was removing the old one. The long connection hoses reached the shutoff valves with no extensions and the securing hardware was easy to install. Though the spray head is plastic, the light weight is an advantage and the controls are easy to use and very functional. The spring, base and valve feel very high quality. We have found the entire faucet to be completely reliable. I would choose this faucet again.

Design And pricing perfect!!

This is one of the best facuets I've ever had!!!I absolutely love it.  I would highly recommend this faucet to anyone!!!

Stylish

I am very satisfied with making the decision to by this product....  Its sturdy, and really nice, no leaks; the only concern is the weight under the sink, I wish there was something to keep the weight of the sprayer from moving all over.... Other than that, its really a great choice for my kitchen sink.

Solid Product

Purchased by pull down faucet some years ago and have had to replace the nozzle head because it developed an uneven pattern like a gasket issue.  When I called expecting to purchase the part the warranty covered it and I just waited for its arrival.  Awesome customer service and warranty.  And the faucet still looks great.

Great warranty and product

I purchased this faucet after seeing other on-line reviews and seeing that the parts that matter were solid brass as opposed to white metals or plastic.  The thoughtful design of the under-sink mounting made it simple to install.  In fact, removing the prior faucet took the bulk of my time and scraped knuckles.  (I am pretty reluctant to do my own plumbing but more reluctant to pay for something that was so simple to do.)    

This faucet is far more substantial than the "lifetime warranty" faucet it replaced that had metal over plastic and was leaking within a few years.  The faucet head seems a little light but it's easily replaceable if it fails so I am not worried about that.  

Finally, this model came with a soap dispenser but it was not clear from the website if the dispenser would be the same quality (metal as opposed to plastic) as the faucet.  Don't worry, the soap dispenser is all metal and far better quality than my last one and better than anything I saw at the big box stores.

Very well made faucet for the price

I purchased this faucet in 2017 and have been very satisfied with it.  Recently I've noticed reduced pressure, and my handyman said I needed an aerator key which enables access to the filter for cleaning.  I contacted Kraus, and when I told them I didn't have the faucet #, Reid had me send a couple of photos of the faucet, found the #, and immediately sent me a replacement hand spray and aerator key.  It was like having a brand new faucet!  WOW!
I'm very impressed with the speed and efficiency in addressing the problem with no questions asked, and no hassle.  When I wrote Reid back to thank him, he then sent me a very nice towel set as well as another hand spray and aerator key.  This is customer service above and beyond!

Great faucet, great price!

So far so good. Only disappointment is the faucet appears to be plastic. Easy to install for homeowner

Nice sink.

I do acknowledge that this faucet is at a lower price point and with that I can't expect it to match the standard of the $200 dollar faucets; however, I was still a little disappointed overall. The good: THE MOUNTING STYLE (just like a particular brand of faucet, being a plumber who does a lot of faucets the particular brand I have in mind has the best mounting style I have seen), slightly more metal than your average mid-range kitchen faucet, came with a nice and heavy sprayer weight, and doesn't have a super restrictive flow limiter in it like some others do that seem to flow poorly right out of the box sometimes (so the pressure is good).  The bad: is obviously cheaply made just by looking at it and feeling it, the goose head finishes at a weird angle so it can easy bounce water out of your standard sink (the arc holds the head at good distance over the sink but the head angle points the water at an angle toward the front 3rd of the sink), it doesn't come with built in supply lines (so having to spend almost 20 bucks for those puts me much closer to the price of a better quality faucet that comes with supply lines) and the pull out hose is not stainless steal but is nylon. I will admit, part of the reason I bought this faucet was that it was the most inexpensive ORB faucet that was on the cheap level so I guess I can complain too much but if anyone asked me to recommend this faucet I would not do it. I really think the cons outweigh the pros in this case. I am still going to use this faucet since it is paid for and installed but I wouldn't intend to purchase a Kraus again necessarily.

Bought this sink within the last 90 days and the soap dispenser broke. Because the soap dispenser is in the countertop, it detracts for the overall use and aesthetic. Very disappointed with the quality.
