We are doing a full house renovation.  We had purchased a faucet from a competitor brand that had a single side mount faucet handle.  Once the counter was installed, there wasn't going to be enough room for the valve to open all the way in both directions ( forward AND back ) once the backsplash went in.  So, back that one goes and the search begins for a replacement.  We had never heard of Kraus before we purchased a Kraus sink ( KORE Workstation SS Undermount ) from Wayfair.  Due to the good value and high quality of the sink, we took a look to see if Kraus made faucets. We glad we did and glad they do.  The packaging is classy looking.  Once opened, the way it was packed protects the product very well. The instructions are good, I had a plumber do it but, I would have been very comfortable installing it myself.  The finish is as described and of a high quality.  The faucet functions as described but, what they can't tell you is how it actually feels.  It works very smooth. I don't recall a description of the whole faucet being able to pivot and was very surprised and pleased at how well it works.  I would and have whole heartedly recommended Kraus sinks and faucets to my family and friends.  My plumber had not ever worked with a Kraus product before and was very impressed.  He will also be recommending Kraus.

KRAUS Geo Axis™ Single Handle Pull Out Kitchen Faucet in Stainless Steel Finish

Just installed it today. Very easy to install and works very well. The construction feels sturdy and I like the look and functionality of the faucet. I'll update if I find something else I like or don't like.

Great so far

This faucet is functioning well. We chose it because we did not want one of the very tall faucets that would show through the pass through opening between dining room and kitchen. The pull-out handle is handy. My only dislike would be that it is easy to bump the button on the bottom of the pull-out handle when rinsing an item and it suddenly switches to the spray. The button is sensitive. The spray is a very strong flow. But I can live with this and the more I use it the less I bump it accidentally. I am hoping this will be the last kitchen faucet I ever have to buy!

Love the contemporary look

Some thought went into the design and function of this faucet.  Installed easily. No additional hoses required.  Concentrated stream delivers good pressure, directed toward the center of the sink. Less splashing.  Same for the spray function. Spray hose is very flexible. Hope it continues to perform this way! I also recommend Kraus undermount sinks.

Excellent Quality, Design and Function

I am very satisfied with the look and functionality of this faucet.  Additionally, the installation for a layperson like me was also easy.  We initially had one issue with water pressure but replaced the head from another unit and got it working again - which was a little annoying, but now it works great! One helpful hint: the little orange key in your box is used to remove the aerator filter from the head of the faucet.  We almost tossed it as junk as there's no indication of what it is in the manual or instructions!

High Quality Design - Affordable Price

Nothing to dislike about the faucet itself, function or looks -- however, one of the strainer/washers was defective and caused quite a mess on installation. Inspect them prior to installation.

Bought this faucet to replace an older Kraus that was kind of beat up from years of use. Stayed with the brand because that old faucet was solid brass including the pull out spout and had that “quality” feel and performance. Greatly disappointed that this new faucet has a plastic pull out spout that feels cheap. Also because it's plastic, the finish doesn't match the rest of the faucet. 

While not hundreds of dollars this faucet certainly wasn't inexpensive and I expected more., at least the quality of the Kraus faucet it replaced.

What happened?

Simple and nice looking faucet we bought 3 years ago.Only problem is that the handle came out a few days ago and we can't put it back as the screw will no longer thread. Not worth it for the price if we can't get a replacement. Plus, this issue seems to be recurrent.

love the looks of it. however, right now I am waiting for a plumber to come and look why the faucet is leaking. the bottom of my cabinet is ruined, since we had no idea that it was dripping big time! very upsetting
