This faucet is amazing.  It looks great, feels solid and works great.  The feature that allows tap in the osmosis water through the extra spout works really well.  I have it installed on my island and the size and design of this faucet the “pop” that my kitchen needs.  The shipping was excellent and overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

Drinking water faucet

This is a nice faucet. Simple to install with very clear directions. The good thing it comes with very long connector hoses (wire shield) so you will most likely not need to buy any. Like all new faucets, no need for a basin wrench to install. Just need to make sure your existing hole is not to large for the faucet. Took me 15 minutes to install after I got the old one off. The hoses are easily marked (red & blue) between hot and cold.

It has made cooking so much easier, especially when I'm juggling a bunch of things in the kitchen. The arm moves so smoothly, and it feels sturdy every time I pull it out. The water pressure is great, so filling big pots takes no time at all.

I also love how solid and well-made it feels. Nothing wobbles, nothing leaks, and it isn't loud or irritating like some kitchen fixtures can be. Cleaning it is super simple—just a quick wipe and it looks perfect again. It also adds such a nice look to the kitchen; every time someone comes over, they comment on it.

Overall, it's one of those upgrades that you don't think you need until you have it, and now I couldn't imagine not having it. Totally worth it.

I bought this faucet in Mar 2023 and within a few months the electronics failed.  Krause replaced the entire faucet.  Since that time, it occasionally has what we call "seizures" where it just goes on by itself and/or won't go off, or it simply won't go on.  As of today, I have to crawl under the sink and touch the batteries in order to get it to go on and off.  Nothing in the manual describes using this in an entirely manual mode, i.e. bypassing the electronics.  Yes, the batteries are fresh.  No, I haven't done any other work under the sink to cause this.   At 2:30 Pacific time, there are no agents to respond via help chat.  Ugh...
