Easy to use functions

I bought this air conditioner a month ago and glad I did works great.

bought it a week ago and just started it last night and in no time my whole apartment was cool.

Came with a EUROPEAN plug ans could not find an adapter to fit it.
Had to return this one

Kross air conditioner

Had to return for a better air conditioner because this one was producing very little cold air.  It would be fine for an extremely small room but that's about it.

Not very cool

Bought this online and had for a week. It doesn't cool the room. You have to sit in front of it to keep cool. It's also very loud. My old window air conditioner that's 5,000 BTU does a better job. Will be returning or exchanging.

Doesn't cool the way a 10,000 BTU would

Bought this online. This is an actual air conditioner but it's a much older model which is not mentioned in the product description. There is no energy efficiency information anywhere and it's also very noisy.
