Our enameled cast iron bread pan with lid features a low-profile base, reducing the risk of burns during bread handling. The tight-fitting domed enamel cast iron cookware lid traps and circulates steam, delivering a beautiful crisp crust and maximum rise. This versatile enamel cookware can work with gas, ceramic, induction, and electric ovens. Our Dutch ovens with lids are not just for bread. You can also use the Dutch pot for cooking other dishes, expanding your culinary creativity.  OUTSTANDING QUALITY This portable enamel pot (14" in diameter with handles, 10" without handles, 7.8" high with the knob, and 6.8" without the knob with weight of12.6 lbs) comes with a silicone oven liner mat (21.4" x 8.2"), a care manual, and a homemade recipes book.
