wide and large steps, side handles great for us older users provide a more confident climb. rubber feet prevent slipping.  tool holder was torn slightly too small and was torn when installing.  had to wd40 to slide on. only weak spot would be leg pivot point compared to the overall product which is solid

great ladder . i had a spinal injury years ago and could not use a ladder because of the way most ladders are made .but the wide steps and handrails it makes it safe for me i love it ....and the price , WOW i could nt pass it up, so glad i made this purchase i am 65 and it is the best ladder i have ever owned ..

Sturdy ladder

Easy to assemble. Sturdy. Stows perfectly in my small laundry room. Expect many years of service.

More Than A Step Stool

I didn't like some assembly required but anyways the ladder is not real sturdy. I'm not comfortable going higher than 2 steps on it.

not stable

I like the light weight for easy carrying.  But was disappointed it wasn't a little sturdier.  The riveted joints look like they could fail with repeated use.  The side rails and taller top hand rail were desired feachers.  But the feet should be wider for four step ladders, for a more laterally stable stance.  Also, slightly disppointed that the tool pouch shown with the ad, was missing.

It says light weight  and to me it is very heavy.  I would return  it if it wasn't  so hard to handly.
