We are familiar Tempera Paint Sticks. We had the same type of Tempera Paint Stick from a different brand which were great but got over. So we purchased this item from Walmart . Very disappointed with the quality of this item. Its of very poor quality - it disintegrates and smears very easily, and made a super big mess. 
Tempera Paint Sticks are supposed to glide easily (like a lipstick) and not disintegrates and smear like how this one does.
