If you got a fake lol surprise then most likely it wasn't from Walmart. When you are looking for the doll, either filter it so it should only come from Walmart, or just go to the actual store. When you don't filter the search results, it shows other companies dolls, which are fake versions. So please please please make sure you are getting it from the actual Walmart company. Even if the picture seems suspicious, then don't buy it. Also look at the reviews. Thank you for reading!

IF YOU HAVE A FAKE PLEASE READ!

DO NOT PURCHASE.  This is a knock off doll.  No clothing - unclothed doll only, wrong accessories...  Even the Box says LQL instead of L.O.L.  I thought I was purchasing 3 dolls through Walmart but it turns out it was through a "Marketplace" and the seller is foreign.  When I complained to Seller they offered $5 for me to forget the whole thing.  Then I responded that I wanted a full refund and I would return dolls.  They said they would not do a refund without a list of items to be provided.  One of those items is a VIDEO of the products unopened.  Seriously!!  We didn't know the item was fake until it was opened.  So how does someone get a video of the unopened package??  They told me if I could not get the video that they would offer me $10 for my troubles.   I have three dolls that are fakes that my daughter doesn't want because they are all unclothed that I paid almost $40 for.  Don't purchase this!!

Fack LOL doll

We buy lol doll balls at Walmart all the time and when I ordered off Walmarts website I thought I was getting the same thing because of the picture and same price. This is shipped from Forever Happy Inc (I think that's the name) and is a rip off. It's much cheaper than the kind we buy at Walmart. It came in a damaged box, the doll we received had a headband that didn't fit.. a visible screw in her back.. the head doesn't squirt, bottle had the top broke off when it arrived and the doll herself isn't even on the collectors guide that comes with it. The clothes and shoes also feel like they're thinner and cheaper than the typical ones. Overall I'm going to stick to buying the real deal in store.

Do not buy..Total Garbage.. My granddaughter wanted these for her birthday. She was very unhappy with them.. These had a screw in them..totally fake and not worth 2 cents..Gum machine junk!!

Happy Forever appears to have changed their name to Wish Windows.  They are selling fake L.O.L. Surprise Dolls.   They are very difficult to deal with to try to return and get a refund.  They are not U.S. Sellers. Buyers Beware!

Dolls are not original LOL Dolls, they are cheap duplicates.  Do not buy.  I am not able to reach anyone to return!!!

Not what I ordered

Bought the LOL glitter globe from the store and to my surprise  the doll is unclothed!  Reading other reviews I'm wondering if the store is selling fakes.
