I purchased this for my nine-year-old daughter when it was on sale. She loves the watch and has been having a blast the locking journal. She loves that her 7 year old brother can't snoop and read her notes. I would say this is catered towards girls ages 6-12 years old. Fun, well thought out design. I would definitely purchase again.

My 8 year old loves the magic pen & thinks the secret unlock feature is fun

Cute idea

I thought it had actual pages to write in but its a dry erase board basically. Still really nice since it includes an invisible ink marker with a little blacklist. My daughter loves that she's able to express her private thoughts then just erase them without anyone ever seeing. It unlocks with the watch once you put the batteries in which are not included and plays music everytime its opened. Overall pretty satisfied with it my daughter loves it, like I said I thought it was actual pages just cause I wanted an actual diary type journal but its a really cool item

Very fun secret write on journal

Cute idea but my daughter only played with it for a couple of days and was no longer interested. The watch was to small for my 9 year old, and the journal only opens if you have the watch off. Means you would need to take the watch off every time to open it.
