Excellent gift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lol Surprise is a great product and Walmart.com always had it for a nice price

We usually LOVE Lol dolls but these shocked us. They are super cute and sand addition is really fun. You also get to dig for the surprise items which was again added fun BUT then you go to play with the dolls. The pants aren't split like usual so you can't get them on the doll.  The earrings don't fit in the head holes. The sand doesn't stay together to use as hair for more than 2 minutes. It was fun to open! but didn't pass being allowed to play with the other lol's :) Got it on clearance for a couple bucks, so it's all good.  Had I paid regular price, it wouldn't be.

Fun to open then it isn't

Not what expected. I thought it was cute and a creative idea but my 10yr old granddaughter (who loves LOL) was not impressed. It's messy and cheap after playing with it for a few minutes. Not sure if there's any appropriate age for it.

Pretty good for an LOL Surprise doll. I bought this for my niece who turned 8 for her birthday. She loves the dollhouse for the LOL dolls the most, so this was to add to her collection. Some parts stay on better than others but she loves opening these toys the most.

Birthday present

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sand used to mold the hair is kinetic sand and cracks as soon as you take it out of the mold. The sand feature is basically useless and so my daughter just plays with the plain doll. She was really upset that the sand doesn't stay on the doll's head.
