I have been using L’Oréal for years and have always been satisfied. The colour is brilliant and lasts for a long time - even looking good as the colour fades and have received lots of compliments.

haven't used this since it first came out but my daughter wanted to do blue hair she has bleached hair this came out so dark on her hair just what she wanted I've also used this on brown hair it shows up pretty well what I like about this kit is it comes with the dye brush and extra gloves for 7$ can't beat it does stain a bit .

Very conditioning and fragrance free, but even on light blonde hair, the purple is Very dark an not like what's shown on the box. I won't give a low rating though because the hair feels really great but definitely beware and consider diluting if you want a lighter result

Great but a bit too dark

i used this on my mom's yellow-ish bleached hair and it sort of made it red and orange? i'll try this again on myself when i go platinum.

I love this brand for my daughter when she wants to color her hair since it gradually washes out. However this color said maroon but all it did was turn her hair a dark brown. Luckily we just did a test strip under her hair before putting it all over. There was no reddish tint to it at all.

It didn’t show and turned a little green but it’s easy to use

I didn’t really work

Makes your hair such a dark purple it's almost black then washes out to a very uneven pastel purple a few washes in before just disappearing completely. The shade of purple was different on roots than ends despite an even platinum canvas to start with. Just avoid this.

Avoid

It did not color hair. I have light to medium brown hair, and i left the product in for over an hour, and it washed right out, leaving no tint. followed all directions, and there was no result

I used to love this item, but there may be an issue with recent batches. I bought one from Amazon about 2 months ago and this one from Walmart recently, but both of them were a lot darker and more purple than before. It used to be a maroon, burgundy color. Recent batches are purple-black.

Purple-black, not maroon

Waste of Time and Money. Pigments are so poor, they shouldn't be allowed to call it color. I'm just spewing that I am unable to return it. Even on bleached hair, it's very poor. Might be ok for kids on school break but if you want actual color grab, buy splat or punky colors or anything but this.
