I liked the way it goes on; soft, pure color. It makes me look good as I am a woman over 40 (a long time ago) and need to use lip liner carefully and every time I also apply lipstick. That is usually when I'm going out, even if it's to the grocery store! People do notice me, and I notice them when they are looking at me.  I was quite impressed with this product, and vow to continue using it.  The color is as advertised and remains for a long time after applying it.

Love L'Oréal lip liners; I have tried multiple brands and most of them are very drying, not LOreal, they are wonderful, been using for 12 years. Was crushed when they discontinued chocolate but have learned to love 2 more colors.

Will buy again

My go-to for daily wear. Really helps keep lipstick from smearing or blurring over edges of lips.

I have several of these lip liners. Love the product, hate the packaging. 

I don't understand why the shade color is stamped in gold, on a gold background. It makes no sense to me because it's so difficult to read! It's tiny to begin with, but even when I turn the pencil back and forth and change the lighting I still can't read the shade color. (my vision is fine) I've given up and marked each pencil myself so I can quickly grab the one I want for the day. Why make me struggle?

Love this product but I get so frustrated when it runs out at the end of twisting but then when I pop the twist cover off there's always about 1/3 of the product left in the tube.  I hope there's a solution to this eventually.

OK, doesn't last...

I disliked the product. Although the number and supposed color was the same as previous products, it was a different and much lighter shade. Therefore, it did not provide me with the look and outline I required. It was a wasted purchase!!
