I have many many lipsticks and lip liners, all L'Oréal matte & color rich. Since these products are my passion, I'm always looking for the next best application. I always feel pretty or sexy in nudes, mattes 110-112-114 lipliner & heavy creamy matte lipsticks. I panic if they aren't in my 3 makeup cases. To Go cosmetic case(remains in car). Travel case & home case, forgot my handbag. These L'Oréal staples are my must-have's. A long time customer who really loves your line of beauty products.  And feel confident they look good because women complement & men stare…..!

I keep L'Oréal Colour Riche Lio Liner in my collection. Since I can no longer find HZT70W or HZP11W I have had to purchase Mattes-It, Matte-ing Call and Master-Mind (this is most used) but the other newer colors have been horrible to sharpen even with the L'Oréal brand dual sharpener. I am losing so much product each time. It either gets jammed up and breaks off during sharpening or it breaks off while using. The product it GREAT but I can afford to continue to purchase a new liner each week. Sorry L'Oréal but I may have to look around to try and match your colors to another brand.

Great Liner But There's Always a But

I bought this today and was super excited to try it out, but the tip immediately broke off. This wouldn't be a problem if I could easily advance the color but I had to then search the internet to find that I need a special sharpener to sharpen the pencil. So disappointed. I will not be purchasing this again and would not recommend the product.

Horrible design.

I just bought this because I liked the bright pink color.  NOW I find out: "This matte lip pencil can be sharpened with the L'Oréal Paris Dual Sharpener."  Really???  It should come w/it, OR, at least tell you on the packet it can only be sharped w/THIS PARTICULAR SHARPENER.  Now I have to go back to the store to purchase another item, which I had not planned on doing.  NOT COOL!

Beautiful color, but, NOT user friendly.

I just bought this liner from L'Oréal in Matte Stermind.  It's a Beautiful color!  However that's where it ends for a good review.  I Can't get the liner out out of the skinny barrel to use it much less even sharpen it.   This is not a quality made product!  Very cheaply made.  The quickest way to lose customers is to sell products that don't work right out of the packaging.  Please remake this liner in better container with better ease of use.  I would like my money back please.

A extremely poor quality product.

Purchased liner, #110 MATTE'S IT, a few weeks ago.  Love the color, but the product itself is a waste of money.  It's supposed to be sharpened, but almost impossible as the outer shell makes it hard to turn and sharpen as advertised.

Great color, bad product

The lip liner is IMPOSSIBLE to sharpen. I have tried 6 different sharpeners and 3 different liners ( same color #114) and am tired of trying. It breaks every time!

Bought 3 and none will sharpen!

I see review after review of people saying they are trying to get the pencil to come forward so they can use it… Because it only takes one application to use up everything that sticks beyond the plastic part... And the only advice given every single time by the L'Oreal people is to sharpen it. Not once… Has anyone suggested how to get the pencil far enough out of the stupid plastic part to actually sharpen it!!!

HOW DO YOU GET THE PENCIL TO COME OUT???

I love the color, but it was a total waste of money! I used FOUR of my sharpeners, including the recommended one, and they did NOTHING but make a mess! I even tried sharpening with my utility knife and it was awful as I had to keep shaving it over and over. I will never purchase this lip liner again unless a better sharpening solution is made.

Lip Liner doesn't sharpen easily

I bought this thinking it was the perfect color so it was worth the bit extra in comparison to a standard pencil. The tip broke and I thought, no problem, I'll just twist someth...oh wait, nothing it twisting...is the tip all I get?!! I couldn't figure out what was wrong, I just assumed mine was faulty...but I needed it that night!! So I did what anyone in my position would do...try any means to get the color out! See photo below (still didn't work, I got nothing out of it)
