I have used this product in France and loved it. I was so happy to see that it is now available here. The packaging is a bit different, but it works just as well. My eyes look younger than ever. It's extremely hydrating and a cream to follow up is not usually necessary. Great under makeup during the day (hydrating but not greasy) and as a night treatment.

I have mature dry to normal skin with fine lines and dark under eye circles. Purchased this after seeing several reviews from influencers. This does not disappoint! Absorbs quickly. Doesn't irritate or sting my eyes. Immediately begins smoothing and tightening the under eye area. I would recommend applying after moisturizer and giving the product five to ten minutes to completely absorb otherwise the area feels tacky. Definitely will repurchase.

Fantastic under eye smoother

The serum is very hydrating. The metal applicator feels cooling and soothing, but a dropper option would be better for hygiene since the applicator touches the skin before going back into the product.

Effective and Hydrating

I ordered 3 bottles on sale. This stuff really makes a difference for my skin, less deep wrinkles. It goes on great, love the applicator! Highly recommend!

I have only been using this for a week so I can not attest to its reduction of wrinkles or if it helps with dark circles (but I don't have dark circles under the eyes anyway). The product goes on smoothly %26 easily. It applies directly with the applicator; the design %26 size of the applicator makes it glide on %26 contours to the eye area. The product itself is very liquid %26 needs to be dabbed in with the fingertips after application. The product glides on easily, especially with the ball applicator %26 I like that I don't pump a product into the hands or on the fingertips first %26 then apply. I have not noticed any eye irritation, but do not get any product into the eye. There product feels good on %26 easily absorbs.  I recommend this product for those looking for a dedicated eye cream.

L'Oreal

Overall the serum provided some plumbing of fine lines.  The area felt brighter and smoother.  BUT, the serum started yellowing within a few weeks and now is showing signs of cloudiness.  I use the product at a normal rate, so there is no way it should be going bad this soon.  I suspect the applicator and the transfer of skill cells back into the bottle is to blame.  I won't be buying product with this type of applicator again.  Overall the product was OK but didn't wow me.

L'Oreal Paris

I liked this serum at first; my wrinkles appeared to soften and my skin look rejuvenated but after a few days I developed a red/flaky rash in the outer corner of one of my eyes and then started getting red splotches on my eyelids followed by a pimple. I had high hopes given the research and reviews I read on this serum but if you have semi-sensitive skin, don't bother! I will give The Ordinary serum a try.

Don't bother if you have semi-sensitive skin!

After using this for a week, I developed red, itchy patches under both eyes and, worryingly, leading into the corner of my eyes. I stopped using it but the rash is still there after two weeks. I am getting some medication from my dermatologist to hopefully cure it. If L'Oreal ever reads these, can you tell me which ingredient in the serum was most likely to cause irritation? I need to know what to avoid in the future.

Felt nice but developed a rash

This eye caffeine product was honestly terrible. It didn't do anything it claims to do and felt completely useless. I used it for days and saw zero difference in puffiness or dark circles.

The texture was unpleasant and didn't absorb well, just sat on my skin and felt kind of greasy/sticky. Overall it feels like a waste of money and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

BAD PRODUCT DONT BUY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it plumps/ puffs your eyes. Very puffy results in a bad way.i used it and couldn't understand why i looked so tired. it was this, so unless your eyes are sunk in and hollowed it's not good. Certainly don't use it under eye at all.   waste of money for me.
