I am 57 and was looking for a different mascara. I decided to take a chance and try this in the deep burgundy. WOW! Gorgeous soft and full lashes! Not bad for the price. This color looks amazing and would compliment any skin tone! Glad I decided to try it. Will continue to purchase this brand.

I've worn a lot of mascara over the years, and only recently I've discovered this is my favorite. It has long wear and is pretty water resistant— I was kissing in the rain on a first date and it didn't smudge or run!! I highly recommend this brand. I own their burgundy, blue, and their black colors!

Highly recommend

I just began using this mascara.  This is my 2nd tube and I LOVE it!  It goes on smooth does not clump up and separates my lashes as I like.  The color is also very  nice, I got Black.  The one thing I like about this mascara, it does come off easily when I am using my makeup remover towelettes.  You don't have to rub for hours, in a few swipes it comes off.  I love this mascara, please don't change it.

I love this Mascara!

The only mascara I will use,  I have been using this exact brand for years . Will not burn  my eyes and cause sensitivity. I also tried the waterproof as it works very well. Comfortable wand straight or curled shape, both work well, it's just a matter of preference, also comes in many colors. My lashes look long, dark and full.

Turns thin lashes into lush lashes

This mascara is my old tried and true. I have tried all the new brands from Sephora and Ulta but this is my go to. It stays on without needing reapplication. My lashes look long and luxurious. And you cannot beat the price

Good for a colored mascara. Like others, it doesn't do the best job of providing length or volume, but layered over your favorite black mascara and it's great!!

I normally use a professional brand, but got this in a hurry for convenience. I was not disappointed. Great coverage, length defying and fabulous coverage.

I'll buy again

I used to use this years ago but I think the formula has changed. It's good enough to have around the house in case your good mascara runs out. You need many coats to get it thick enough but it does curl your lashes.

Good enough for an extra

I don't know if I'm just cuz it's purple it doesn't work anywhere near as well as like the regular black of the same kind and it doesn't seem like you can show up on your lashes or extend your lashes or whatever I would return if I could

would not buy

This mascara has gone WAY downhill over the last 2-3 years.  Clumpy, dry, thick, just crappy! I have used this product for a lot of years. When they changed the packaging, they must have changed the formulation.  Shame on you, L'Oreal.
