I was skeptical about this at first but I purchased anyway and I'm glad I did. I have an electric glass top range so I couldn't use my cast iron skillets and I have been upset for a year. Then I found the heat diffuser but didn't know if it would actually do what it said but, IT DID !!!!! I am sooooo happy that I can fry chicken again I will be ordering another one.

Perfect to use with cast iron on glass top stove.
