I really enjoyed having this after having a baby. It is really easy to use whether you use it in a basin or throw a little bit in the tub, it dissolves easy and really provides you with a soothing feeling. You can't go over board with treating yourself and your body after giving birth!

With it's calming oil  blend and natural healing ingredients of frankincense, lavender, green tea, and aloe vera it feels like more of a relaxing spa indulgence than a postpartum solution. The Lansinoh Sitz Bath Salts are so easy to use too. Just add to a sitz bath or a tub and then relax and soak for 20 minutes. Calming and healing at the same time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a first time mom, I didn't know what to expect in terms of postpartum recovery. I had a second degree tear and occasionally felt itchy around my stitches. My physician recommended sitz baths to help soothe the area. Lansinoh Sitz Bath Salts arrived to the rescue just in time! I received this postpartum care accessory from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the package was the wonderful smell! I felt like I was in a relaxing spa and really liked that the Lansinoh Sitz Bath Salts are backed by research and guidance from experts and dermatologically tested so I could feel confident the sitz bath wouldn't irritate me.

I added 2 tablespoons of the the product into a few inches of warm water in a sitz bath tub that fits over the toilet seat and waited for the salts to dissolve before sitting in the nice warm soak. There's also an option to soak in a regular bathtub, but that requires using more product (1/2 cup for 2-3 inches of water). The soak itself was soothing, and I especially enjoyed the cooling sensation afterwards. Super easy to use for the busy mom; I look forward to my next sitz bath!

A Soothing Mini Spa Soak for Postpartum Recovery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to receive these the day I came home from the hospital after delivering our second child. I didn't have much tearing or damage this time around, but I still found these to be very soothing. I used them in our bathtub since we don't have a sitz bath. I have very sensitive skin, but I had no issues with the ingredients in this product. Overall, I would highly recommend this product. Very soothing

I just came home from delivering my baby and  needed something to help relieve that pain from natural birth and stitches. I used this and the very first time I could tell an immense relief. It dissolved quickly and smelled so nice. I would definitely recommend this for new moms.

At first I was hesitant that the sitzs bath would do anything for me because I had an unexpected c-section. I normally would associate this kind of product with a vaginal delivery. But I was proven wrong. I prepared 4 to 5 inches of water in a bath tub and put about a 1/2 cub of Lansinoh Bath Saltz in with the warm water. I soaked for 15 minutes and it was a very relaxing experience. As a new mom I found it is important to find a little time each day to take care of myself. Taking a relaxing sitz bath with the lavender oil, aloe vera, and frankincense really helped revitalize me. The smell is strong but enjoyable. If you are someone who gets overwhelmed with smell then this may not be the product for you but if you love lavender then grab this up immediately!  I gave this product a 4 star and not 5 stars because once I poured the product into the bath. I could not close the bag up because the salt got into the ziplock part which doesn't make for good storage to use again.

Sites Bath

While the newborn period is hectic and crazy, I was able to have a few minutes of calm and relaxation for my body and mind while using them! I decided to do a sitz bath in the tub which I highly recommend. The instructions were easy to follow and I love that the ingredients are dermatologically tested. Do yourself a favor and take some time for your health, mental and physical, light a candle and relax with these! Calming Minutes for a New Mama

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to stellar product testing panel I was able to try out these sitz bath salts right after having my third baby! I used these in the tub and was excited to relax and enjoy. The scent was completely overwhelming, though. It is totally a personal preference, but I just found the super strong scent to be too much. The sitz bath was relaxing, though. I found it a bit difficult to get the salts to actually dissolve as well. I am glad I was able to try them, but overall they were not my favorite.
