[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy install and clear sound. I thought it would be lesser quality but it sounds better than some name brands. It is a basic speaker so I didnt expect much, it was definitely a pleasant surprise.

Excellent sound. Although it's listed as including the amp and the wiring kit, this subwoofer doesn't have either one so that's clearly a misprint in the listing. but as far as sound goes, this subwoofer out produces any other 8-in subwoofer. This subwoofer is installed correctly sounds much larger than it is. It was pretty simple to install once I purchased the amp and the wiring kit separately. This subwoofer is very well made and the magnet is enclosed completely and securely. I am very pleased. The seller is very easy to work with as well and is professional in their actions. I look forward to working with them again.

Great bass on a budget

First off I have seen many different size woofers in my life time, but no one I have seen lately with 6 8inch Subs in a proper deep box intill me now. I am doing so and in my car with my custom sealed box. My cubic volume feet will be at 6.5.333333 my subs will hit and sound so load and clean that a person will believe I have 15,s in my truck. For those that uses subwoofers like these be aware of the wattage intake and since these subs are over rated the current wattage RMS is at 150-250 and no more. Other then that anything high will cause the voice coil to burn up that is a warning for those that do not know.

A Excellent subwoofer for true bass

Bought this sub as an inexpensive replacement for a alpine 8" subwoofer that was damaged. It does the job i expected it to do, provides good bass in proper frequency range. i have it in a .5 cubed sealed enclosure about 150 watts of power. i would buy again.

good subwoofer for a little extra bass

this sounds good at first until it blows. then it stops working LOL. it blows very easily. unless you have an amplifier with less than 600 watts. I have 1000   Watts and blew the speaker out in no time
