If You Receive A Broken Item, Call Customer Service! Mine Are PERFECT! Put The Batteries In 2 Sets & Leave Them On 'Blinking' & Timer Works; 8 Hours On, Then Of Til 8 Hours On Again! These Are The Best Priced & Work Better Than Expected! I Came Back To Buy More & Saw The Reviews & Just Had To Leave My Feedback! If You Want Them Set Right, You Do Have To Practice Just A Few Minutes Or Less To Get Flashing Or Steady Is; Whichever You Want, Then You Can Leave Them Or Turn Them Off! AGAIN, If Your Item Is Broke, Call Customer Service!

Such Low Ratings?

The reason it did not get a fifth star is because the on an off mechanism is very temperamental. sometimes the when the light is turned off, the slightest movement will turn it on. For the purpose I was using it, theatrical play, this was important. Otherwise to use it as a candle, it is perfect.

One candle did not work at first--I played with it and got it to work.

Faux candles

Received 4 candles - two of them do not work. Not worth the time & effort to return them.

One didn't work

The candles use different size and count of batteries mentioned in packaging. Package was open so perhaps was wrong.  When I did put correct batteries in candle, one didn't work. Cheaply made.

Don't buy

Packaging was opened when we got these candles.  Only one worked. Seemed like someone returned it because it wasn't working and this company tried to send it back out as a new item!

Defective

These candles I would not recommend to anybody. They came broken and when I stuck the batteries and they did not work. I am returning them.
