I was telling my girlfriend earlier in the summer over wine that I really hope Lego releases a pumpkin set for fall; I was saddened to see no official set was released for sale but when this GWP came out, my rubber arm was twisted and I filled my cart with the wreath and another set as a gift, but really it was for this set. It was a quick, but fun build -- I admire the designers creativity used in a build this small, the swappable ghost mouth and pumpkin face, and how well the stem and lighting function works as some examples. 

Talking to friends and sharing the final build result, everyone I've talked to has said they wanted to buy this and were disappointed that it wasn't possible. 

Lego, if you are listening, please create an 18+ botanical set for next fall that is a large harvest pumpkin that can also be turned into a jack-o'-lantern!

Great GWP Set, however...

I'm in agreement with most of the other reviews. I absolutely love this pumpkin/ Halloween set, but I wish it was regularly sold because I had others asking me where to get it after showing it off online. I also normally don't go for the "expensive" GWP sets but I couldn't resist this one - I NEED more Lego Halloween sets! Hopefully next year there will be more!

Love this GWP

It's a fun build. I wasn't sure if the pumpkin was more flat or fully round. And was pleasantly surprised it was round. I'm not sure the ghost adds a lot. I think that's my only disappointment. Someone else mentioned it'd be cool if it was glow in the dark, I agree! I bought 3 total. Going to give the other 2 to my coworkers.

More fun than I thought

Oh, no skeletons, that's fine I have a whole closet of'em... this set is too adorable and the happy one is just way too cute. I did change a few things on the "scary" one, their both way too cute. PSA, if you're not going to be using the light-brick for a while (next Halloween), be sure to please take out the batteries, I've payed the price before. Thank you, that is all. Merry Halloweenmas

spooky scary skeletons...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife, who has SMA type 2, was able to complete this set on her own with a special lego hammer. It's the first Lego set she has ever completed by herself. She also, after 33 years, got her first hammer to thumb injury... 3 times. She had too much fun building this. I already bought her the Starry Night set.

Spinal Muscular Atrophy

I'm a Halloween person, so this fit right in. I only started Lego building last year when my son gave me flowers so this is only my 5th (but smallest) set. It was fun to build, not really for play but more for display. I was happy to snag it on clearance! It's perfect for my decor and a nice building experience.

Cute on clearance

My 7 year old put this set together very quickly and with no issues. The end result is a great looking little Halloween display that lights up nice and bright. You can choose between 2 different faces aswell. I agree with other reviewer, that it should be released as a set to purchase. But a great gwp otherwise.

Happy Halloween

This is another one of those adorable builds. So easy and it adds to my Halloween collection I set out every year. I didn't realize this pumpkin included a cell battery so the inside of the pumpkin does light up. The light doesn't stay on unless you keep the lid pressed down. But in the moment, the light is a very nicely added feature.

Pumpkin and ghost

We got this as a little treat for our child. He is younger than recommended but still enjoyed the build. He likes repositioning the ghost and lighting up the lantern. Having two face options adds to the build

Great build

Love this and can't wait to display it at Halloween. Only wish the light stayed on and didn't require you to hold down the stem. It can be modified to have a brick holding it down but then you have to take the whole top off to turn it off.
