[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 10 year old nephew wanted this set. He has built sets before that are 18 . He opened it up on Christmas and started on building it. He is having fun with looking at the reel pictures of Disney characters.

A creative masterpiece

This set is an amazing tribute to Walt Disney, the original cartoon master! I'm a retired Air Force veteran who relaxes by constructing LEGO sets! This set is more for an Intermediate to Advanced builder, than it is for younger builders. I bought this for myself, although I would love to build this with my grandchildren.

AMAZING TRIBUTE TO WALT DISNEY

What more can I possibly say about this stunning homage to the the eternal legend that is Walt Disney than WOW!!!!! From start to finish, every step of the build was just fun. You found yourself paying attention to little quirks here and there, seeing how things appear out of nothing into a stunning set piece, and how even the tiniest items are given the same loving attention to detail as ones that are far more prominent. For any Disney fan, this set is an absolute must and will hopefully help you create some of your own magic!

If you love Disney, you'll love this! Excellent detail, moving parts. Beautiful keepsake to commemorate 100 years of Disney. The detail is fantastic.

Amazing build

This was my first adult build, and I was a little nervous about it. It came out great, and I only had one hiccup.  My moon wasn't showing through the screens, and I had to undo it and redo. The 3D instructions on the Lego Build app are great.

Rewarding Build

It was a gift for my 11 year old grandson  I chose it for him cause he loves photography and Disney I. I saw him study the packets and followed all the directions. It's a fascinating item as it includes a test screen that showed a scene with the moon and you slid in other scenes showing the process of making a movie scene from early days. In all the delight and iconic finished product was a gift he will treasure.

This was quite a fun build, especially with the little hidden extras and cute minifigures.

It is a little fiddly in places and isn't the most stable, however is a good display piece. It is also a little disappointing that the camera cannot actually turn using the handle, and it is quite pricy, hence the 4* rating.

I'm a little disappointed in this build, not only did I have missing pieces, but I have piece that would not align.  So the build is not as stable as it could be.

Disney 100 Anniversary Tribute Camera

This piece looked so neat, so I picked it up in store and ran home to build it. In fact, I built it three times. Each time, the pieces felt tenuously supported and secured, easily falling apart. I checked and checked again that I followed every step, but after this crumbled a 4th time as I secured a final piece, I dumped the parts back in the box and shoved it in a corner. Huge disappointment for such a unique piece
