A lot of the figures are really great, but I stopped buying more than 1x of any given CMF series because I have no use for duplicates. None of my local friends are LEGO fans, sadly.

I really wish you'd let those of us who want a full set to buy a box with exactly one of each. This blind-stuff was never fun for me in-store, and it's impossible to "feel" things online anyway, so the switch to cardboard didn't really bother me.

Please offer us a box we can buy here on your site containing the entire series for future Collectable Minifigure Series! There are people who want to give you our money, but don't want to play games.

Tired of Blind Buying

The packaging has ruined blind minifigures. We have purchased 6 from our local store over a few visits. When opened three were the same. It's too expensive to not have a way to trade for a new one. With the bagged version we at least had a chance of making sure we didn't end up with tons of duplicates.

I want to love

The figures are top notch, mostly great choices with great detail, but the box system leaves customers such as myself unsatisfied with several duplicates, having to resort to the aftermarket to get the figure I want is something I really dislike, and I hope Lego changes this system

Good figures, bad system

After opening 3 6-packs and 10 singles, I'm still missing 3 minifigs; the ones I was actually interested in. Did it really save plastic if I now have about 20 minifigs worth of plastic to dispose of? Get bio-plastic and leave the boxes behind, or sell complete sets. 
Stay away unless you enjoy gambling.

Stay away

I got 5 Agatha, 3 Moonknight, 2 Werewolf, 3 Mr Knight out of 20 packs. So you do the calculation how much money I wasted. Why not do one where people can buy the complete set rather than having to pay 3rd party extortionate  amount of money to get the complete set!!!

WASTE OF MONEY!!!

In a cost of living crisis who thought this new packaging was appropriate?? 3 doublers out of 5 purchased and all the same minifigure. Half the fun was feeling and guessing! This new box is awful never mind what was already a very expensive hobby, now almost impossible to complete without having to sell on second hand sites at an extra inconvenience. A rethink is needed Lego.

Awful packaging

I love Lego and have loved it all my life, and especially love the mini figures and love to collect them all! This new packaging is infuriating. It make me not want to collect the mini figures. Really disappointed feels like Lego are trying to get more money out of us, by buying the same character over and over and over again

What is this new packaging

New packaging is a horrible idea. I bought three and all three are the same figure. I still feel Lego only did this to make more money and it's just very disappointing in my opinion. Won't buy anymore from store and will just wait for minifigures singles sites to get what I'm l looking for.

Truly sad to see that Lego decided to ruin the fun experience that I've had for years in store building friendships and a community feeling for mini figures in bags. It was great finding figs, and helping others by handing off doubles to kids doing the same. I know it's being pushed as a way to be better for the environment, but it feels like just a stupid money grab from the company leaving us stuck with tons of doubles and incomplete sets.

This review is basically on the new terrible packaging. All the previous series it was all part of the fun feeling and then kids trying to find the ones you wanted. I have 4 children who all loved to feel and pick them out. Buy 4 now and ended up with 2 of the same. Will not be buying the minifigure series again if it stays like this. Lego please rethink your packaging this is terrible. Many in the shops I have been into have damaged where people are so frustrated with this new design. Time to listen to customer feedback and bring back how everyone liked it or take the hit on sales

What are you thinking

A bitter sweet review. Love this series & have been waiting on it for a while… Bought 21 boxes in the end, with inevitable doubles, but still NO WOLVERINE. Didn't quite complete the set even with so many rolls of the dice. Big fan of the environmental element to the new packaging, but not when it's such a gamble : (
