Statue of liberty set

The set is pretty good it got a little tricky sometimes, but I like tricky i liked the details of the seven spikes on the crown the green handcuffs on the set, representing the broken shackles and chains on the real statue and the statues left leg.That is very similar to her actual model.In new york city it's pretty good.
There is some room for improvement with her face and her tablet, but overall, it's pretty impressive.For a lego set pretty solid,

Statue of liberty review

This was a really fun building experience for my 5.5 year old. The instructions were easy to follow, the base was super fun and sturdy, the base detailing looks awesome. 

The body of the statue was also very fun to build and I think it was designed well, it is just the right difficulty. 

The face is just a blank piece, this stands out and probably should have been better. The fire is the same as a Minifigure hair, but it looks good to us. 

We were missing 1 piece and had two wrong pieces. 

Overall I would recommend it, we enjoyed the build. My son built 95% of it, I had to take the body apart twice to fix it because he was a piece off, so we both got to enjoy the build.

Great for 5.5 year old, really fun build

My daughter, 15 years old, and I enjoy building Lego Architectural sets together. We have completed most of the sets and we both agree Lady Liberty has the best detail of any of the sets thus far. Having no face is a little odd, but we really enjoyed our time building this one. Bravo Lego!

Amazing Detail to Lady Liberty

At first I was a little disappointed to see the Statue of Liberty being made into a set again, since she's been represented in sets before, but the unique details of this one make it stand out and love it as much as the original set from the early 2000s. Though small, the details are great, especially in the flow of the statue's clothes and the stone look of the pedestal. It is easy to make mistakes on this set, since there are so many little pieces, especially when working in the statue portion, but it's worth it. She looks great beside the original and holds her own with the smooth look and use of the pedestal.

Great Detail

This is an amazing set. Great detail in the tower and body. But like a lot of others, I do wish it had a custom-made face. The shield piece does not do it justice. But with a couple pieces and a Thunderbird head from a Fantastic Beasts set, I think I solved the problem. Lol. Keep up the great work Lego!!

Best Architecture Set Ever!

There are five stages to this build.
All was well up to the fifth stage. The fifth stage consists of largely small parts. There have been four pieces missing to complete the build. Very frustrating. And I do mean frustrating.

Excellent

I saw this was available and felt it would make a great addition to the growing Lego display of places around the world.

I think it should have had a sticker with Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. It really does need that.

This is a really nice set and I have it by my door welcoming people to my home.

Very disappointed with this build, to the point I felt obliged to return it which I had never ever even considered for a Lego set. 
The level of details on the statue, especially the face and the book is really poor which is very unfortunate because it draws all the attention of the build.
For background, I've been very pleased with the other many architecture builds I bought, from the small Chicago skyline to the 10,000pc Eiffel Tower!

I purchases this set for my daughter and 3 times i had to request missing pieces as she is now on the final few steps after waiting several times for replacement pieces she is missing another piece it takes 10-15 days to wait for the missing parts to arrive  very poor on logo behalf
